I’m a vegetarian so I got the vegetarian platter. But the green beans had pork in them…hmmm??!! My father’s pork chop was as dry as clean shirt out of the dryer and twice as stiff. The rolls were amazing as always!

We love the “vibe” of TxRH. And the staff are always friendly and attentive. But lately there’s been a trend of having to send meals back for corrections. Overcooked steaks, missing sides, and even being served the wrong meal…twice. No, a rib eye and a prime rib are not the same guys. Each time they’ve happily fixed the problem but it takes time and that means someone at the table can’t enjoy their meal with everyone else. We will keep coming back but a little better staff training is in order.

Connor is a wonderful and attentive bartender, when we visit we will always sit at the bar if he's there. Stellar service every time. Jacari this visit was also awesome when we asked a couple questions and provided us some guidance on ongoing deals.

I have always had excellent service at Texas Roadhouse. This time was different. Did not get plates when they brought the rolls and when we asked the server, we didn't get them until after they brought the appetizers out. Took a long time to get our drinks and did not come back to ask about refills. My wife ordered chicken tenders and ordered it with broccoli instead of the broccoli and carrot combo. When they delivered them she realized she wasn't asked about dipping sauce and they brought the broccoli and carrots. She asked the server for honey mustard sauce and to bring broccoli instead. My son and I were completely done eating our meals and my wife was still waiting. When the server finally came back and I mentioned that we were done and my wife was still waiting, she just said that she was busy serving other people and was not apologetic at all. At the end she said we could either pay with the tablet on the table or if we were paying cash just leave the cash on the table. They were having a bad day or they are not a people person and should not be doing this job. If this was my first visit I would never probably never go back.

I really like their loaded potato soup here, but almost every single time it’s only half full. I feel like for $4.99 this is unacceptable. The workers here aren’t very nice, and they somehow always mess up.

I ordered pickup…they texted me it was ready…I go in to grab it and no one was there to give it to me. Rang the bell waited…did this three times…still no one. I had to go behind the counter to grab my order. Get back to hotel Steak…COLD…Ice cream…MELTED…soda. not full. They lost a customer today.

The service was great and you can’t go wrong with the bustling, Southern-style atmosphere. The food was good, especially the sides and starters, but the steak was underwhelming. I got the ribeye medium rare and it was a mediocre cut overcooked to almost dry toughness.
My daughter asked for crispy french fries and they were flimsy and white. The waitress took them back and they refried the SAME fries instead of bringing fresh crispy ones. The medium steak she asked for was well. They brought back a new steak which was closer to medium but was so charred on the top it was hard and tasted burnt. At this point, we decided to cut our losses, pay the bill and leave. We’ve been here at least 6 times the past year, but sad to say, this will be our last.

Take out: I have never had a bad meal at Texas Roadhouse. I feel the biggest compliment to a restaurant is consistency. They are consistently good. I like how they pack their takeout. They have great customer service. The steaks are cooked to specification. The sides are delicious. Overall, I wood recommend this chain to anyone who enjoys a great steak. Also, it’s economical compared to other restaurants.
