We were staying at the hotel here and needed something to eat late at night. It definitely hit the spot!

Holy rip off batman! As we ordered our server repeated our order back correctly and then proceeded to have several things mis entered into the system and the kitchen was unable to expedite anything to correct the errors. I’m talking about an extra 15-20 minutes for an omelette which makes no sense. Not only that, our server asked if we wanted fruit or anything with our food which we logically thought was a side option. No. $8 for a side of fruit. Ridiculous. This is not New York. I won’t come here again and will tell others not to come here either. What a complete rip off.

Just horrible. Food was cold, burnt and unseasoned. Every sauce was watery, oh and the water we were given to drink was warm(no ice either) service also took forever. I’m sure they’re great people but this experience was terrible, and hopefully no one wastes money on their overpriced menu.

We had bfast right before leaving. I waited a couple of minutes to be seated, and when I was seated, it took quite a bit of time to be waited on. When I was finally waited on, I ordered the pancakes, bacon, hash browns and over easy eggs. When my food came out, my eggs were over cooked, but it took over 5 mins for me to get someone's attention. When I finally did, the male server took my eggs and it took another 10 mins to get my eggs. By that time, I was done eating and they never brought out my hash browns. Overall, I'll probably be go somewhere else next time.

Was disappointed with the experience. We had made a reservation to celebrate a birthday in the family. Service was pleasant, but upon the arrival of our food we all found that each of our dishes was lukewarm at best, in some instances entire portions of the entrees were actually cold. It tasted ok, but definitely would have been more enjoyable if the food was actually hot. I also have to say I felt bad for ther person in our party who ordered the shrimp entree as it was literally 5 shrimp on a skewer atop a small pile of risotto. And not jumbo shrimp either. It was a laughably small amount of food for the price. Other entrees ordered seemed more reasonable. Back to the cold food- we were going to speak to the waitstaff about it, but they never came back. Not once did the waiter return to the table to ask how the meal was, fill water, ask if we'd like more wine, etc. In fact we finished our meals and waited a full 40 minutes there with empty plates before a busboy came over and picked up some of our empty plates and we requested he send the waiter over with a check. We also mentioned at the beginning of the meal that we were celebrating a birthday and I have never been to a restaurant that didn't offer a small something for occasions, but no offer was made here. That part is really not a big deal I'm sure this isn't the only establishment that doesn't, but it was really just an additional layer of disappointment on top of an already mediocre experience of cold food and lackluster service that a $300+ bill really didn't feel fair for. Again I want to emphasize that service was pleasant, like they were nice when they were around but... Definitely lacking. And the cold entrees is enough to decide that I won't be back.

Menu has tiny light grey print. Spicy food is not marked. Very limited menu. The meat is overcooked. Very slow service. Hours are not posted and change without notice.

Very poor service. Menu does not always match food served. Spicy food is not marked. Meet overcooked. Not enough staff. Can be very loud.

Fabulous food and service! I ordered the homemade pappadelle with shrimp and it was delicious. The cheesecake also did not disappoint. My server was attentive and thoughtful - would definitely return.

The Audrey is located within the Hilton Monona Terrace. Seating is comfortable and pleasant. The menu is diverse and offered some creative dishes that could appeal to many; however, once the dishes came out, they were good, but not great. The exception was the grain and green bowl: this dish was a guest favorite and had all the components of a hearty and healthy meal. Chicken was added for extra protein and sustenance. Service was okay.

Beautiful views, comfortable seating, nice design / lighting & good service, but the food definitely isn’t worth the price. The menu looks good but the food is super bland & mediocre.Fried shrimp were ok, cooked correctly & nice breading, but no flavor, no contrast element, literally a few slices of pickles - like standard grocery store pickles, less than you’d put on a burger - and that’s it for $20+. So disappointing.Decent but not great pasta in the pasta dish, same issue - not enough mushrooms, no herbs, very bland. Good texture - could be a good dish with the house made pasta but without adequate veg & seasoning it’s just a big bowl of carbs.Chocolate cherry cake, same issue, no cherries, very mediocre. They didn’t mention that they were out of cherries, which the dish is named for, just served it & left.Cocktails OK - but no mint for a mojito - mint is cheap, your menu is tiny, get it together or put a different non-alcoholic cocktail on the menu.Breakfast was decent but nothing special - great fresh brewed coffee though. Not really a good choice when there are SO many better options in the neighborhood, literally steps away you can find everything on this menu done better at this price or less.Watch out for up charges, & ordering one item to split they will bring 2 then zoom away before you can complain, say a loud & clear refusal to optional items.Next time I stay I’ll get the coffee (NOT the Starbucks out if a carafe in the lobby, it was not good) the fresh brewed coffee & cocktails they did have were good, I like cheap red wine & that was good, but skip the food. The view is nice so it’s worth taking the time to sit & enjoy with a beverage, but skip the food.Parking: 20$ a day for garage parking

Food is good when you can get it. We had dinner on a Friday night while staying at the hotel. Fish fry was good. Fries were too over seasoned but overall experience, service and food quality was good. Saturday breakfast service was a different story. Got there at 7 am (when they open). Took 20 minutes to take order. Found out 25 minutes later that order has not yet even been started. Had to leave with no breakfast due to morning commitment. Clearly understaffed for what seemed to be a busy weekend at the hotel. Poor planning on restaurant's part. Long story short, give it a try when: (1) you have unlimited time and (2) an off peak day and time.

We chose to dine here after receiving complimentary vouchers from the front desk as the executive lounge was temporarily closed. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by a friendly hostess who gave us our menus and took our drink orders. As we glanced through the menu, my daughter opted for the Butter Herb Papaderrele from the kids' selection, while I decided to try the House-made Papaderelle. After a few minutes of a casual conversation with my daughter, a surprising robotic tray named Munson, rolled across the floor and delivered our food. The highlight of my dish was the introduction of oyster mushrooms, providing a delightful texture and flavor that harmonized well with the argugla, parmashan, and lemon alloli. The combination was perfect and showcased the chef's expertise. For dessert, we decided on the Apple Butter Cheesecake, a dessert that blended the essence of apple pie driesel, granola oats, and a subtly calming cheesecake taste. This unique fusion didn’t necessarily leave a lasting impression but was certainly worth the price. The restaurant reveres Audrey Munson, whose influence extends far beyond its quirky robotic serving tray and namesake. Interestingly, Audrey Munson also adorns the pinnacle of the Wisconsin State Capitol located just a stone's throw away. As the iconic "America's first supermodel," her legacy gracefully permeates the restaurant's ambiance, adding a touch of charm to the overall experience.Overall, our experience at this restaurant was very nice. The combination of delicious cuisine, innovative service with Munson, and a touch of historic flair left us extremely glad we dined here. My daughter and I wholeheartedly recommend this dining destination to anyone seeking a delightful culinary experience intertwined with a fascinating legacy.

We made a reservation well in advance and confirmed it the day before, however, they had no record of it when we arrived on time. We ended up being seated in a back room. Service was excellent but buffet was below average and rather expensive. We were all very disappointed because we planned ahead for a nice mother's day brunch and ended up having mediocre food in a terrible room.
