I was searching for a cake order and stumbled upon The Baked Lab. I’m mad at myself for missing out for so long on the absolute deliciousness that they bake!! Truly some of the best cake I’ve had, and will be finding any excuse to order from them whenever I can, and telling everyone I know to order from them in hopes I can dig in to more of their cakes!! Cannot wait for the storefront to open, I have a lot of missed time to make up for, and can’t wait to try all the concoctions! Thank you for sharing such talent and the time it takes to create these special baked goods!!

I wish I had a better picture to show our cake, but a photo couldn't have done this justice. We worked with The Baked Lab for our wedding and we could not recommend them enough. My husband isn't the biggest fan of cake and when I tell you he is OBSESSED, that would be an understatement. We are from out of state, and they worked with us to be able to pick up our sample box around our schedule, which we are forever grateful for. They also were incredibly seamless with the entire process, from the initial consult to dropping off our cake. If you like your taste buds, you'll hire these guys!

For our wedding this past weekend, we decided to go with a small cake to cut and then have fun filling out a dessert bar with a spread of different options for our guests to choose from. Shawn and the team at the Baked Lab made it incredibly difficult to narrow down our selections with how amazing all of the goodies are!! Everything turned out so beautifully for our wedding day, and we know our guests enjoyed the treats because there was nothing left!! We are looking so forward to visiting the new storefront once they are open.

For our wedding we decided to go with a dessert table full of small bites. We had an array of scotcheroos, brownies, cookies, macaroons, and a large bowl of Dark N Stormy inspired popcorn. Everything was absolutely phenomenal! The amount of options and creativity Baked Lab can provide is above and beyond. Additionally we had a small personal cake for the two of us and it did not disappoint!

We had about 80 guests for our wedding and they were helpful with recommendations for quantity to order. We ended up with just a small surplus by the end of the night, which was perfect!

There are our number one go to in Madison to handle desserts for a catered event of any kind!

We used the Baked Lab for our wedding cake and could not have had a better experience. When we tried their samples, we knew they were the one to go with. Their cake was absolutely delicious and we had many compliments from guests as well. We have our top tier saved for our anniversary and I am counting down the days until we can eat it.

Not only did it taste good, but it also looked great! Very well done and exactly what we asked for. Lastly, Shawn and his team were very easy to work with.

They're opening a store front soon and we can't wait to visit!

My sister used Baked Lab for her wedding cake, and I knew I had to have it for mine! Everyone loved the cake including a 4 year old who said it was the best cake he ever had :) The champagne raspberry flavor was delicious and they did a wonderful job of adding our flowers to the cake to make it pop!

We decided on baked lab for our wedding desserts.We chose multiple different shooters, so people had different options at our wedding, and we got so many compliments on everything.Everything was delicious and CUTEE. their online ordering was very easy and they were responsive via email fast. we also really enjoyed that they had a wedding sampler box to try each of their flavors before putting in our order. highly recommend them.

I ordered some cupcakes for my event. It's a bit scary ordering a large quantity of baked goods from a place you've never tried before but The Baked Lab didn't disappoint. The cupcakes looked delicious and they tasted just as good. I didn't have a chance to take any photos of them but they look true to the photos you see on their website.

I didn't pick up the cupcakes myself, my sister did, and she said it was a pain in the butt trying to find the location. So I guess that's the one downside.

My fiancé (now wife) and I inquired at our favorite bakeries in town when considering where to order our wedding cake. Unfortunately, most offer neither tiered cakes nor delivery. We are so glad we discovered Baked Lab. Our cake was beautiful, and the macaroons delicious. It was worth every penny for the quality and the service. Friends and family should not be held responsible for transporting a wedding cake.

We hired The Baked Lab to make desserts for our wedding and we are so happy we did! They made tiramisu shooters and gluten free espresso bourbon cupcakes and both were so delicious, our guests loved them! They were incredibly easy to work with and so conveniently located near our venue (The Tinsmith). The also have such a great selection of gluten free options. We would absolute recommend working with The Baked Lab for your wedding desserts!

We worked with The Baked Lab for our wedding cake and are so happy we did! After sampling flavors from a few different bakeries in the area, we knew right away that The Baked Lab's flavors simply ranked supreme. On top of that, they were able to decorate our cake in the vintage/Lambeth style of my dreams. Shawn was always quick to answer our questions and Abby was incredibly accommodating with our pick-up time. Our cake was a beautiful centerpiece at our reception and we received so many compliments from our guests! We will 100% be ordering cakes and other desserts from The Baked Lab in the future and highly recommend their services!

I wanted a dessert buffet for my Husband's surprise 50th birthday party. I read other reviews and decided to give The Baked Lab a try. They were amazing start to finish. It was so easy to order and pick what I wanted. So many choices lets you have a great variety of items. Everything was delicious and beautiful to look at. I would highly recommend The Baked Lab for any of your party dessert needs.

If you are getting married, you need The Baked Lab to make your wedding cake! Shawn and his team communicated with us very well and helped us make our vision come to life! We just wanted a simple white cutting cake with a floral arrangement, and then 2 other sheet cakes of various flavors. While the cakes were simple, they were also beautiful and bursting with flavor! We got so many compliments, specifically on their carrot cake. Some guests said it was the best they have ever had! Thank you Shawn and team for being a part of our amazing day!
