Overall decent food and choices. Plenty of room and seated promptly. The host lead us to our table and didn't explain anything. We sat for a bit and then decided to get food. I had a water refill 2 times and Ian came to the table once for bar drinks. The 18% gratuity was ridiculous as we did all the serving ourselves. We were a party of 8(1 child) and our bill was over $500 including tip. Not worth it!
Brunch exceeded everybody's expectations and the service was absolutely perfect and the flowers were gorgeous. The food was excellent too. Thank you so much!
We enjoyed a delicious Easter Brunch with a variety of foods for everyone. We had very attentive wait staff. We will be back next year.
We had a reservation for Easter brunch at 1:15. The seating was very disorganized. We finally were seated at about 145. When we sat down, the table cloth was soaking wet as if someone had spilled something on it prior to a seating. The waiter assured us that they changed the Table cloths between every visitor, but that has to be impossible, considering our laps were soaking wet from the tablecloth as we sat down. We were missing all of our flatware. It took quite a bit of chasing down to find someone to bring us some flatware. After we ate, everything was cleared, including all of our flatware so we didn't have any flatware for dessert and we weren't brought any flatware for dessert so we had to chase someone down to find flatware again. Overall, I think this was a very disappointing experience. The food was average.
I love raw oysters. I think the Concourse has had them at past brunches. I hope they can bring them back in the future. Otherwise, the food choices were outstanding. Everything I sampled was delicious.
The food was great, wait time was minimal, everything was organized well and we very much enjoined our Easter Brunch. One note, if you need to make reservations for Easter Brunch for more than 12 people (we had 20 people) it is very difficult. We called the hotel directly as directed on the reservations website for parties larger than 12, but were only connected to voicemail and our messages went unanswered, We emailed the email address associated with the Easter Brunch, again that went unanswered. And when we ended up making two separate reservations, one for 11 and one for 9 while stating in the “Special Notes” section that we wanted to be seated together, we arrived to be seated very far apart and told nothing could be done. We had discussions with several people and they finally figured out a way to move one of our parties next to the other party so that we could be together for our Easter Brunch. While everything about the brunch was wonderful, making a reservation for more than 12 people is next to impossible and very frustrating. As we hope to continue our tradition of attending the Easter Brunch together each year I hope this difficulty will be addressed in the future.
We attended Easter brunch at the Concourse hotel. The meal was held in a ballroom on the 2nd floor. The ballroom was well organized with good spacing for the various food stations and plenty of seating. We had a group of 6 people, 4 of us are vegetarians. Even though there were many meat options, there was a bounty of vegetables, green salads, pasta salads, cheeses and crackers, fruit, French toast, scrambled eggs, multiple hot potato dishes and yogurt & granola. For those who eat meat, there were plenty of options including prime rib, lamb, shrimp and salmon plus all of the breakfast meats. Then it was time for dessert! OMG! My only complaint was that the plates weren't big enough. All of the food was delicious. We will definitely go back!
The Easter Bruch (2nd floor Ballroom) Our reservation was 9:30am, and the doors to the ballroom were open to receive us at 9:15am. Ashley was very friendly and efficient as hostess/greeter. She indicated we were designated for Table 8 (we were a party of 3 adults). We were led to our seats and introduced to Darrin who would be our server for the brunch. Darrin immediately brought us coffee and took our cocktail order: 2 Whiskey Blossom Sours and 1 Bloody Mary. The brunch choices and layout were superb--enough variety for young and mature patrons alike. Fresh seafood, appetizers, salads, fruit, a carving station for lamb and prime rib (delicious), eggs/bacon/sausage, pastas, potato dishes, and a dessert island with chocolate lovers heaven along with stuffed profitetole, mini tartes, pastries--everything wonderful and perfectly served. Darrin our server and Jas who whisked away empty plates and glasses as quickly as we finished each course--they made it look effortless (the mark of true professionals). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was our first visit to the Madison Concourse brunch, but we will definitely be repeat visitors.
After a hectic day…this place was much needed. Turned our day around for the better! Conveniently located in the hotel we were staying at. Had great service, great food and drinks at a great price. Would go back. 10/10

We were here for the New Years Eve event they hosted. I didn't think the dinner was particularly delicious but it was ok. The brunch offered the next day was good with a lot of offerings and options.
The food was fabulous, and it was great to have ham and prime rib along with the traditional turkey and gravy. The sides were exceptional - 4 kinds of potatoes, baked squash, green beans, and stuffing. The salad bar was awesome. And there were about 20 different desserts. It was all served buffet style, and despite the large number of guests being served, there was rarely a line. The Concourse staff are really professional and made everything flow smoothly. It was a splurge, but it was well worth it.
I was expecting the brunch to take place in the restaurant, not on the 2nd floor banquet room with waaaay too many tables. The atmosphere was not conducive to brunch, the food was minimally okay, but not worth the price. On the positive side, our server was pleasant. I don't make a habit of trashing a dining experience and I feel I'm a fairly objective person. This is not what I expected and I will look for another venue to celebrate Mother's Day in the future.
Ate at the buffet on Easter Sunday. My children asked where do you want to go for your birthday? My birthday was one week away from Mother's Day so I suggested we celebrate birthday and Mother's Day at the Concourse. I remembered the especially good ham from Easter so that's why we chose the Concourse.
This buffet was in a conference room that was made into a dining room for the day. The food was not kept hot and many of the stations were often empty. There was a nice variety of food, but the ambience was lacking and there were too many issues with the food.
