Only negative was that 3 large speakers blocked the stage for a number of people. No one in these seats could see the performance.

The bartender and manager had terrible customer service skills. A friend of mine order loaded Nachos assuming it would come with the works meat and all toppings it did not come with meat. She then requested could she swap out for something different the dish was untouched and the bartender and manager were really rude telling her absolutely they would not do that for her. The whole situation was really unprofessional.

Salsa/Tango/Bachata Wednesdays are my go to here but they also have a lot of other great events I try to keep up with. 2 dance floors, fun seasonal drinks.

Update: I’m so happy the Brink quickly got back to me regarding my community concerns and acted to address them! We need more of this, we don’t see it enough. Thank you!Original: Thought I liked this place until I saw a flyer for a pro-life conversion event hosted here ? I’m not interested in supporting a business who host events that provide disinformation to our community regarding healthcare. 0/10.

A wonderful venue, with very supportive staff! Thanks to the Brink lounge for supporting the community and being a safe space for us all. Would absolutely recommend them! They’re amazing!

Very mediocre in all aspects. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's not even in the top 5 in terms of venue/drinks/ownership. It used to be *the* place to be, and now, idk if it's because of COVID or new ownership, but the place has gone completely downhill. Rude ownership/management, embarrassing social media presence, etc.Do better.

As a member of the community, I recognize and appreciate your diligence in supporting bodily autonomy activism. We need more business to follow in your footsteps. Thank you truly.

To Kate, and the owner of the Brink Lounge, you spew your hate for the pro-life cause, while you yourself are enjoying life. What part of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, do you not get, and what does this say to pregnant women who might grace your doorstep?
A discriminatory establishment that believes in cancel culture. They are discriminatory against paying customers simply because they do not have the same political and moral (or lack thereof) beliefs as they do. Beware, once you open the door of discrimination, you open a Pandora's box. Think twice about giving the Brink Lounge your business. If you are a Christian, you will not be welcome here. While this may sound strange it is unfortunately true.

We had a really good wedding (6/18/22) in which everything went very well. Ada (the manager) was easy to be able to contact and communicate with overall. The price was reasonable. Brink staff were kind and efficient during our wedding day. Pictures really turned out well of the space. A consideration that may want to be made is if you would want to get chair covers for the ceremony/ dining chairs or covers for other furniture if you plan to have pictures in side rooms/ dressing areas. Some details that are not evident in pictures are a bit more evident in person. At the end of the day, we had a great day.

My husband and I just held our wedding celebration here on 6/25/22 with about 150 guests. Our experience was absolutely fantastic!!!! We had the best time, and our guests seemed thrilled as well. Ada H. (the general manager) was extremely helpful, communicative, and worked so well to help us plan an event we were thrilled with and that fit our budget. She responded to my 1,000 emails incredibly fast. The bartenders were great, and the dance floor stayed very busy all night. They were flexible with us having a wine/beer happy hour, open bar later, and we ordered the pasta buffet for our guests as well-- it all worked out great. Everyone was lovely to work with, and the place was absolutely beautiful. This is an amazing place to host a large event that is reasonably priced!

The Brink kept our money when we had to cancel our wedding plans due to the 2020 COVID shut down. I would NEVER recommend booking any event with this venue.

A great venue for great performances. We saw the Madison Jazz Orchestra here. The drinks and food are incredible.
Friendly bar tender ( Eli).
