We called in the morning for a reservation and they refused saying they weren't busy enough to make a reservation. We get there to eat and they tell us it will be over an hour, and we should of made a reservation. Totally rude. And total nonsense. Overpriced as well

Disappointing Experience with Fish Tacos at Cheesecake FactoryI recently visited the Cheesecake Factory and ordered their Fish Tacos, hoping for a delicious meal. However, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing.Firstly, when my order arrived, it was evident that the tacos had been sitting out for some time. They were lukewarm at best, and upon further inspection, it seemed that the same tacos had been served to another customer and then reheated for me. Not only were the tacos cold and unappetizing, but the plate sides of rice and black beans were also served cold.What's more concerning is that I received my order within just 7 minutes of placing it. This suggests that the food was rushed and not prepared fresh, leading to a subpar dining experience.Unfortunately, the consequences of this meal didn't end there. I spent the entire night suffering from severe diarrhea and stomach pain, undoubtedly caused by the poorly prepared food.Overall, my experience at the Cheesecake Factory was not only disappointing but also quite distressing. I would caution others against dining here, as the quality of the food and the lack of attention to hygiene standards are serious concerns. I regret ever setting foot in this establishment and will not be returning.

What can I say, it's the Cheesecake Factory. My first time at this location, but as with most of the other locations, the food was great. Nice atmosphere and great service at this one.I recommend the Steak Diane. The Avocado Egg Rolls were very good. So many selections.Of course their bread basket is the best!Try an Old Fashioned Cocktail if you want a great drink.

The food here is ok. I've been to the one in Houston, Texas, at the mall also. But it was a better experience than this one. And didn't mind paying the high price of the food as my experience there was 100% great. They have a two level floor, and this one in Madison is only one level, not a deal breaker. The one in Houston gives you way more food with great flavors. This one here the food is bland with very little portions. They/ the host and waiters can also have some attitudes when waiting to be seated. During Covid, they were very rude. Parking can be a nightmare if you don't come at the right time of the day as this place can get real busy, especially on the weekends. The place was clean and the restaurant was a nice size.I don't mind paying top dollar for 5 star food, but this isn't it. Bread was hard and cold. When trying to ask for warm bread, here came the attitudes. The restaurant is very dim inside, cold. When being seated, it may take some time to be served. Now, when your food comes out, you won't see your waitress until you're about done. That's not good at all, and you're expecting a great tip. I always say this. They do have way better options, especially in this nice city of Madison Wisconsin that severs great food drinks and awesome people who love what they do.
