Wow, wow, wow! Our server, Cassie, was amazing! She ensured we had the most perfect night to celebrate our special occasion. It was our first time at the Melting Pot, and we relied on her for personalized recommendations (from wine, to salad, to cheese blend, and chocolate, she listened to everything we said and she got our preferences spot on)! We had a very nice meal, the food was great and the experience was really enjoyable. The servers were very nice and engaging, doing a great job explaining the process to us. The only downside is the server forgot to turn on the heat a couple times then it took forever for the serving dish to get to temperature. Overall though a really fun experience and I'd definitely come again.

I’ve been here before a long time ago so this was a really good experience coming back! The food was delicious and such a fun time to cook your own food with family. Although, it’s on the pricey side, it definitely is such a cool place

We enjoyed our melting pot experience. The cheese fondue was a wonderful classic recipe that we all enjoyed. We had the vegetable broth as well, and while interesting, not so fantastic we are likely to repeat. Service was attentive, but perhaps a little aggressive in the upsell. All in all, a very pleasant evening with very good food.

Food is wonderful but something is wrong with the reservation system. We had a reservation for 6:30pm, arrived at 6:30pm and the lobby was full of people. Host told us she could seat us when she could but we ended up waiting in the lobby and were not seated until 7:20pm. A family of 4 walked in after us also with a 6:30pm reservation but were not seated until 7:50pm. We asked the host if something was off and she said it just happens when people take a long time to eat. I've been coming to the Melting Pot for decades (and really would recommend this place to anyone) and I used to remember there being a 90 min or 2 hour table time max. Seems like it would make a lot of sense to bring that back so people with reservations didn't need to wait an hour to be seated. Our waitress seemed very stressed. We saw her ask someone for help but they said they couldn't because they had to clean tables to get more people in. It definitely made for a more awkward dinner, because we could tell tensions were high and we felt like we should rush. It is hard to say if this was just an off night for this place or if there truly is an issue every Saturday night with reservations being seated so late. Either way, totally come here for some great food and a fun dining experience, but leave yourself extra time in case they can't seat you for awhile!

When we arrived, we proceeded at a table right next a very loud group at the time we were seated, the restaurant was basically empty when I asked if we could move we were told sorry there's so many reservations. I don't know if we can after a bit of time. They finally moved us. Our server forgot to bring many of our drink orders and some we only received right before the chocolate course. My personal thoughts about the 50th anniversary menu the cheese left much to be desired. The chocolate was pretty decent. If it was added to the regular menu, I might order again
