Had never done a fondue experience before, and our server Ann was great walking my wife and I through it. We did the 4 course dinner because it just made sense, and it was just the right amount of food to walk away satisfied. All the accompaniments were nice and fresh, and our server Ann had a great table side manner talking to us as she prepare our pot each time. A great experience and meal.

This is the 5th or 6th time we've come here - the food and service were great as usual. The mother's day menu was a bit pricy for the amount of food we got, but overall worth it for the experience. My main complaint though is that almost every time we've come, including today, we've had to wait ~20-30 minutes after our reservation time to even be seated. Not sure if they're intentionally overbooking reservations or need to assume a longer turn time for parties, but it's frustrating, especially since it meant we had to rush our dessert course to get our kid home for bedtime. In future we'll probably plan to make our booking for 15-30 minutes earlier than we actually want to.

Our server was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and very nice. We've been going to the melting pot in Charlotte for years. Unfortunately the quality of the food at this place was just not very good. The meat was tough and we had some really fishy Samon and tuna. The cheese appetizer fondue was good as was the dessert fondue but our main course for the price was less than average..

Just had our anniversary dinner there tonight and all I can say is that we had an amazing time. From the food, the atmosphere, and the service by Sam W was beyond great. Sam W was very engaging, his energy keep us having a great time throughout our time in and knew a lot about his job. 12-10 would recommend and will be going back!!

Love the fondue here! Favorite cheese fondue is Alpine. Favorite main cooking method is bouillon. Favorite chocolate is dark.

First time customer. Overall, the food and service were decent, a different experience. It was difficult to get multiple people to agree, so i can't see this being a great option for large parties unless they are easy and/or have extremely similar tastes. Also, most irritatingly, we were overcharged on some drinks by 50%. I dont know that i will return.

I’ve been here many times but tonight was exceptionally disappointing. The service was unbearably slow, drinks took 20 minutes to come out, plates weren’t cleared, waters weren’t filled, the pot wasn’t at the right temp, and the night dragged on for such a long time we didn’t have time for dessert and had to take it to go. Overall very disappointing after being a recurring customer.
