Food is way overpriced for what it is. Mediocre at best. Am not returning. Do not recommend. Service isn’t great. We were there for 2.5 hours…

Mediocre at best.Drink menus hidden in books which was odd, not charming. Drink menu reflected the house cocktails from an individual randomly throwing together all of the things; specifically One Eapresso Over the Martini Nest which consists of coffee, vodka, cold brew brandy, and red wine…. That sounds like a game of chances right there, perhaps offer a diaper and Pepto with that guy. Cheesepuppies had raw corn meal throughout the item, the sauce served with them was odd tasting, and devils on horseback was pretty but tasted spoiled with a highly acidic almost metallic taste ( it was not the pomegranate glaze). Lastly, the ‘special’ was spaghetti swimming in sauce and over cooked mushy noodles. The chips and dip reminded me of kettle chips from a bag with a weird Weight Watchers cottage cheese dip my grandma used to made. Consistency was very odd and there was very little flavor in everything. It reminded me of an assisted livings food; no salt, weird textures, over cooked and way over priced. The atmosphere was a strong attempt at being hip and granola but it failed at being welcoming and exciting. For a bill of nearly $200 and only appetizers, a single entree and drinks I would go elsewhere.

Turkey is great but it’s definitely a hit or miss depending on what you order.
My partner and I love their fish fry (I swear they have the best fries) and spaghetti night, always so tasty and the portions are great!
We decided to go to prime rib night yesterday and it was meh. The prime rib was a tad cold, chewy, and pretty flavorless. North and South and Alchemy prime rib have way more flavor! There was also just so much fat, compared to actual meat to eat.
It also seems like it wasn’t the best deal, $45 for prime rib with one side use to be a side and a think a popover? (Mentioned on their website)
Drinks can also be a hit or miss, my partner has been loving the Stone Fence seasonal cocktail they have currently, but I would say the rest can be pretty boozy/strong and lack actual flavors.
Service has always been fantastic there, the waiters/waitresses/hosts/hostesses are always so wonderful!

Was here for the first time last night. Been here to several other named restaurants in same location. Always enjoyed them. Restaurant has nice feel and atmosphere. Great service. Menu is slim and limited. Reluctantly I ordered the walleye sandwich. The breading was like eating sand on the fish. Never experienced such bizarre breading. The fish was not good and a skimpy piece. Should have ordered the hamburger instead. Other friends enjoyed their meals.

The food was not good, it was cold and the brisket was too hard to cut into. The service was ok and when we talked to the manager nothing was as really done besides a sorry (which happens). I wouldn’t recommend this place personally! The decor was really unique and cool and the orange juice was good too.

good place, good drinks, good food, great atmosphere!
We went to Turn Key for dinner on New Year's Eve. Lovely room, nice ambience, good food. My rainbow trout was done beautifully, but my vegetables - perfectly done with croutons - was swimming in a large puddle of butter. I would have finished the vegetables, but the butter was just too much! We will definitely be returning again, but please tone town the butter. The dining room with the bar could use a little sound baffling. I had difficulty hearing my wife speak across our table.

Server was great. Hostess didn’t greet us, but why would you on a holiday. They were out of two of their five dinners. They kept their tradition Tuesday special for new years which was fish. Ended up with a very bland Caesar salad. Also they use chicken thighs for their cutlet, which led to it being rather dry as I tried my friends. Great building and would be nice to have a great restaurant in again, but this just is not it. I wish palette was in this location instead of a hotel then we would have a real winner. I suggest going to palette is looking for something in this area that is a little nicer or vintage works too.

The food is subpar. We used to come here all the time, especially for their brunch special, but have had so many mediocre experiences we choose to spend our money elsewhere now. The shaboom and eggs is extremely greasy, the gnocchi has no flavor (how?! it sounds so good), and the carrots are meh. We loooove the chilaquiles for brunch though.

I really want to love this place. The building is unique, and there’s so much potential here. This review covers two visits, each with some high points and some areas for improvement.
The first was during the summer, where I went with friends for drinks and appetizers. We enjoyed sitting outside, and the food and drinks were good. The patio has the potential to be a standout spot—it has a ‘secret garden’ vibe that could be even more inviting with a bit of greenery to soften the view of the parking lot and enhance the atmosphere.
The second visit was more recent, on a Thursday evening for an impromptu dinner with my partner. The host was friendly. The interior felt a bit mismatched, with lots of unused space yet seating placed very close to other tables. Our server was fine, though more on the transactional side. For an $80 bill (a sandwich, a little weird cut of steak, and two beers), we were hoping for a bit more of an experience. The steak, unfortunately, wasn’t as expected—it arrived sliced oddly and lacked presentation and quality. I had the walleye sandwich, which was mostly enjoyable, but the thick buttered toast didn’t quite work with the cornbread battered fish. Fish and breading were great. The fries weren’t a hit for me they were on the limp and greasy side.
As others have mentioned, this isn’t a supper club. But if it were—a near-downtown supper club with $20–$30 entrées slightly modern takes on supper club staples—could really shine. I’d love to see this spot embrace its potential. We want it to stick around and be successful. It's walkable for us and Settle Down is so fun.
Parking: Gigantic lot behind it, accessible from Dickinson St.

Very nice restaurant. Older building but nice ambiance. Menu probably isn't typical Supper Club but it technically is called Turn Key Supper Club. Had the fish fry which was haddock. The coating was probably beer batter but it was thin and tasty. Tartar not as sweet as i like but not bad. French fries were thin like McDonalds and NOT coated - yay! They have a relish tray which is $18. We decided to try it and it was very good. Veggies, Giardineria , which was very good, hard boiled egg that sat in beet juice, etc. It was good but im not sure its worth $18. They had a moscato with fizz and it was sweet - loved it.
Staff were friendly and aim to please. I would probably rate 4.4 stars.

I can’t wait to come back here for dinner. Stopped in for a drink and loved the feel of this place. Maggie (bartender) makes you feel at home.
