I have been eating at the walking jerk for several years now and it never disappoints! I am not a vegan but I prefer this restaurant over most in the Madison area. Tacos are always delicious and fresh. The pressed juices she makes are amazing as well!

The food is always amazing, but the service and consistency need improvement. Multiple times I’ve waited over 15 minutes just for my order to be taken, and on another occasion I drove over 20 minutes because Google listed the store as open, only to arrive and find it closed. Situations like this feel unprofessional and are disappointing, especially as a returning customer. I hope this is something that can be worked on moving forward.

Their jerk oyster mushroom tacos are my go-to! If you haven’t tried this place you’re missing out. Friendly service and quick preparation, too.

My husband never thought he liked greens and now he craves them. It’s a must try again and again for all. Not just us lucky vegans.
We’ve gotten Thanksgiving dinner, oyster po boys, and this NYE plate. They provide so much food. The staff is so friendly. Don’t walk ha ha RUN to support this business.
