Gun to my head I could not think of a better place to get dinner, food was primo, our waitress Mikayla was pleasant and attentive, she deserves the world. Will be coming back here until I am physically unable to. My burger was the best burger ever.

I've never had a bad meal at the Tipsy Cow - we go every time my parents are in town. My dad is a TOUGH burger critic and the Tipsy delivers every single time! One of the best cheese curds in town too.

Food was yummy!! I got the tipsy burger. Really like the tipsy sauce! Cheese curds were good. Kids also liked their meals. Food comes quick!

Waitress was great. Food came out quickly, but it was not that great. Alligator bites were good. Had the tipsy burger and it was just dripping grease (bun wet) and didn’t taste great, almost like it wasn’t cooked throughly. I’m a huge fan of smoked meats but the bacon on this was left in the smoker way too long! The tipsy chicken wasn’t that big of a hit either. Chicken strips and fry’s for the kid were just ok.

Great beers & Gyro Fries were awesome. Cool atmosphere, and the manager even bothered to chat with us about how we enjoyed our visit, very cool! A friend from Chicago recommended this place, glad we stopped in.

Not a good place for a toddler (my fault, was a bad idea lol) but definitely a cool place! The tomato soup is awesome (fresh curds inside).

I was looking for great cheese curds and Guinness. They had traditional cheese curds and goat cheese curds. Both were awesome with great breading. Perfectly cooked. I also ordered the clam chowder which was the best I have ever eaten...so many clams. I finished with a very Wisconsin sandwich....the fried Walleye. The filet was huge with a great beer batter. I was impressed with how moist and flaky the Walleye was plus the crispy, flavorful batter. the Guinness was a perfect compliment to the meal. I was full, otherwise I would have ordered an almtond chocolate chip cookie. Delicious experience and great service. The atmosphere was very neighborhood feeling. Definitely worth a visit next trip.

We ate lunch there yesterday. They were busy but it didn't take long to get a table. They have the best cheese curds. I had a club sandwich which was great, and the chicken strips were great too. Very reasonably priced food for downtown Madison. We will be back.
