Phoning in a complaint is usually an exercise in frustration as you get passed from one person with poor communication skills to another. Often they won’t deliver, and you have to drive to their site to pick up your order, which kind of defeats the purpose of our ordering from them…BOTTOM LINE: We have given the Madison East Toppers a lot of business over the years, but have noticed a definite decline in their service (delivery, getting orders right, customer service if there is a problem), and we’ve had enough.Due to inconsistent delivery and poor customer service we can’t recommend them. Their pizza isn’t good enough to make up for their service issues.

Wings are a ripoff! Barely the size of my thumb, skin was chewy and rubbery. I was charged $11.49 for these, but if I had known this is what I was getting, I would not have ordered them.

Always on time always good food, very reasonably priced and it's one of the only restaurants that somewhat cater to 3rd shift people! Plus there always really clean!
Delivery person left my pizza outside in the cold in front of my building and didn’t notify me that it had arrived. When I called to check on the order, the rep said that it was still out for delivery. I checked myself to see if it had been dropped off, and my pizza was cold and hard after sitting outside for 25 minutes. I’m lucky someone else didn’t take it. Terrible service

Ordered delivery, every time when staying in town for work. Our order would be wrong about 90% of the time. The food is great, but if they were able to get the order right when doing a custom order, I'd rate this place a full 5 stars.
