Very noisy on a Thursday. NY Strip very good but filet not tender or flavourful, sides nothing special. Pricy for experience Limited cocktails/ after dinner drinks. Service was way above average, gave way above average tip for service.

I used to love it here but lately when you call for reservations they just pick up their land line and immediately hang up or pull it off the hook because they are overwhelmed. I can’t recommend Tornado anymore. It’s terribly sad to see a place I loved start to slide downhill in their service. I know their whole thing is an old fashioned vibe, but they need to modernize their reservation process.

I tried their off menu prime rib and was just blown away! I really came in for the lamb rack but changed my mind last minute and thrilled that I did. I couldn’t have been any happier with the service and food
We had a reservation for a table but decided to sit at the bar instead, and I’m so glad we did! It turned out to be the perfect spot to enjoy our delicious steak while chatting with visitors who were in town. The atmosphere at Tornado Steak House has such a sexy, classic vibe, and the bartenders keep the energy flowing, always quick with a smile and a fresh drink.
The hashbrowns were crispy and perfect, the salad was refreshing, and the bone in tenderloin was absolutely unforgettable. I’m still thinking about every bite the next day! Next time, I’m definitely trying the French onion soup (and a few more dishes, too).
Tornado Steak House is truly a timeless spot for a great meal and great company. Reminder to folks who are visiting to make reservations.

It's definitely deserving of a visit. Unfortunately I didn't have the experience I set out to have for my birthday. It was a very busy Tuesday and our entree order took close to 40 minutes. I ordered a medium rare steak and received a medium well steak . I can make that work when it comes to a burger but with steak I cannot . I didn't say anything to our server and I should have. I am willing to try again another time.
It's a crowded establishment almost any night of the week, bar and dining room alike. Definitely make a reservation. Good place for a celebration.
