Employees are Terrible, They started Screaming in the Back & Giggling after giving me a Completely Frozen Açai Bowl, I asked for a new spoon after it broke trying to scoop & they gave me a knife. Horrible Place, They offered to put my Bowl in the Microwave & I simply asked for a refund. Do Not Go Here

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I am a frequent customer and recently have been experiencing many challenges with customer service. On more than one account my order of typically one smoothie takes 30 minutes. Today several orders were completed before mine. My smoothie was ultimately left on the back counter, forgotten about. When I finally got it, it was no longer blended well and basically juice. I leave this review so that hopefully the west side of Madison location can receive support with staff coverage. It has been very chaotic within the store.

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. This review is specific for the West Madison location off of Mineral Point Road. The Bahama Mama bowl is my favorite item. This time, I ordered that, a wrap, and a smoothie to go..when I came home and pulled out my bowl, it looked like someone had eaten half of it. Super disappointing. They are around $10 each. I haven't had this happen before, so not sure what changed. There were 2 strawberry chunks, 3 pineapple chunks, and about 4 pieces of granola. Not the norm. I won't be back to this location.
