Employees are Terrible, They started Screaming in the Back & Giggling after giving me a Completely Frozen Açai Bowl, I asked for a new spoon after it broke trying to scoop & they gave me a knife. Horrible Place, They offered to put my Bowl in the Microwave & I simply asked for a refund. Do Not Go Here

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I am a frequent customer and recently have been experiencing many challenges with customer service. On more than one account my order of typically one smoothie takes 30 minutes. Today several orders were completed before mine. My smoothie was ultimately left on the back counter, forgotten about. When I finally got it, it was no longer blended well and basically juice. I leave this review so that hopefully the west side of Madison location can receive support with staff coverage. It has been very chaotic within the store.

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. This review is specific for the West Madison location off of Mineral Point Road. The Bahama Mama bowl is my favorite item. This time, I ordered that, a wrap, and a smoothie to go..when I came home and pulled out my bowl, it looked like someone had eaten half of it. Super disappointing. They are around $10 each. I haven't had this happen before, so not sure what changed. There were 2 strawberry chunks, 3 pineapple chunks, and about 4 pieces of granola. Not the norm. I won't be back to this location.
Service was horrible. The girl making the smoothies took her grand ole time. She was sniffing & wiping her nose while making smoothies. To top it off I was the only one in the building & it took her 5 minutes to come out to start making smoothies & then started making all the online ones before making mine. Mine had come in WAY before the online orders.

Healthy alternative to fast food chains, love the vibes of this place, friendly and attentive staff on their University Avenue location. One server in particular remembered me and how I want my smoothie served. No straws! Place is Clean! My new favorite place to get smoothie and meet up with friends. When I was in a different city in Wisconsin and when I was at the outskirts of Illinois I looked for it and glad to have found a Tropical Smoothie location.. I signed up to their Rewards App. Fun perks!

Literally the worst wrap I have ever received. Asked for no lettuce and the thing was loaded in almost nothing but lettuce, almost like an insult. I got the Thai wrap which had no peanut sauce at all. Everything was bland and the wrap itself was stale and dry. Smoothie was also watered down and bland. Lastly, the side was clearly reheated. Not coming back. Whoof.
