Usually I love going to Tropical Smoothie, they’re smoothies are better than anywhere else I’ve gone. However, when I went today our smoothies tasted very watered down with barely any flavor. It also took a very long time to get them. I was disappointed by that and it also seemed that there was no manager present at that time as well.

We ordered smoothie bowls. They came out PRE-FROZEN?! Every smoothie place that offers smoothie bowls that we have been to, FRESHLY blends it for you! Especially for how much you pay for it! The cup came with freezer burn on the outside of it and you could tell clearly. It was hard and not enjoyable to eat. They overdid the proportion of toppings to smoothie ratio. DO NOT come here for smoothie bowls whatsoever! Especially with the price you pay for it and it doesn't come fresh.

I went to Tropical Smoothie this morning and in the past, have not had great experiences with the manager. He is constantly grumpy, angry, passive aggressive, and treats everyone including his other employees like they are below him. He is always making side comments about orders, and how people should order online. My friends and I ordered three item menus while nobody else was in the store, and he threw a fit. I am deeply disappointed with the customer service and will be going to other locations going forward.

I came here for the first time today and I got the Mango Magic smoothie and the PB Flatbread, but exchanged the peanut butter for Nutella and the banana for strawberry. It was AMAZING. Both the smoothie and flatbread were so good and well-made. The employees (Kyle, will, and Spencer) were so kind and welcoming and friendly and made great conversation! The atmosphere was also wonderful with the huge garage door open and pleasant music playing. Overall a great place I would recommend for anyone!
