The food is mediocre to sub-par - but it is an experience to dine at this State Street classic establishment. Service has been great!

No one who went enjoyed their meal, even the girl who suggested it. In fact, we've banned her from suggesting restaurants. My order was closer to fettuccine southern style white gravy than fettuccine alfredo.

I've had lunch a few times and loved it. They offer wraps and soups along with burgers. I had with burger today and it was delicious. Perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. I'll be back again soon.

It was our first time at the new location on the square and we enjoyed it. Great vibe. Great service. Excellent food. Very good lunch specials (price and portions). I definitely recommend this restaurant.

I came across the new promotion for Tuttos with a touch of sass in my instagram feed and I decided to check it out this past weekend. I came around 8p.m and I heard there was a rush before I came in, but the atmosphere and decorations were very soothing and a nice chill vibe. I ordered their calamari, lobster bisque and had penne with chicken and mushrooms that all tasted great. The only "poor" experience I would argue is that the service seemed not super sharp, but I assume this is just because it was the grand opening as the social media post mentioned. Looking forward to bringing my family here in the coming months when they visit!

Tried out this place because we were in town to visit a relative that was hospitalized right down the street. I had the Tutto pasta.. their specialty dish.. and made one change in that I didn't want a tomato cream sauce - I wanted a fettuccine sauce. It was WONDERFUL.If there was a way I could wiggle my nose and have this delivered to me in Chicago, I would do it regularly :-)The only thing that was aggravating, and I haven't seen it very much here YET in Chicago, is the 3% extra charge if you use a credit card!

Still good food, but it seems like they have lost a step on quality. Used to be phenomenal, but now just very good.

That was my first time at Tutto Pasta. Overall, I liked the food, service, and atmosphere. I tried their pasta and tiramisu, and I liked both. The service was good and friendly. The only thing that I didn't like was the size of the restaurant. The restaurant is kind of small and the tables are very close to each other.

The worst meal I’ve ever had, I had spaghetti carbonara. It was like scrambled eggs thickened with a canned low quality Alfredo sauce. Thick, gloopy, pasta was over cooked and squidgy, not reminiscent of authentic carbonara at all. Shuffled through several servers, in street clothes, was confusing who was actually our server. Not at all a fan of leaving negative reviews, I know it’s hard to be a successful resturant, but this genuinely was the worst meal I’ve ever been served by a establishment.

This restaurant is repulsive...overpriced low-quality "Italian" food? Their margherita pizza looks like the frozen pizza you'd buy at a grocery store. Not the vibe. Don't waste your money here!

The restaurant smells bad when you walk in (a mix between mildew and bathroom smell), the food sucks, the bathrooms are gross (hot water didn’t even work). The chicken was rubbery. The only thing good about the place was that the waitress was nice and the food came out in less than 5 minutes (not sure if that’s actually a good thing, though…). The whole time I was there I was regretting it - the reason we went here was because other restaurants had long wait times and we were hungry. Avoid this place if you can. Genuinely don’t know how it is still in business.

This is the best macaroni and cheese I have ever tasted. The people were really nice and helpful, would recommend to go if you're in Madison.
