Oh boy, where to start. Coming up to the restaurant, I wondered about the choice of concrete, SUPER slippery, especially when wet which being the middle of January and snowing it was. In fact the person behind us slipped coming in. Stepping into the bar, we were promptly greeted by a gentleman that I can only described as Mr. Tumnus from Narnia who led us to a both, which really was just a table. He asked if I wanted to be able to see the game, which I did. However, he placed us directly behind a column, preventing me from seeing anything. The decor in the bar is an interesting mix of Christmas and putting green, with a splash of barn mixed in. The waiter was nice, and took our drink order right away. Though he quickly had to come back and inform us that they were out of the raspberry vodka that was a crucial ingredient for the cocktail my girlfriend ordered. When we received our drinks, I noticed that my Old Fashioned, a Wisconsin staple, was unmuddled making me question the abilities of the bartender. Taking our order for an appetizer, it was only a moment or two before he was back, informing us there was a second dipping sauce that came with our pretzels and beer cheese, what a deal! Though I question why you need a second sauce to go with your dipping sauce. Before we received our appetizer, he was back to take our food order. Already I knew we'd be receiving all of our food at once. We weren't informed of what salad dressing were available, leading us to guess what we'd be getting. Immediately after placing our food order, we noticed the cook from the back (recognizable from his hair net and coat) asking the bartender what "Beer Cheese" was. I was now hesitant about how the appetizer, a simple sauce with pretzels would be. We had a few minutes reprieve from the waiter and other gaffs, to look at each other and question our decision of coming to a restaurant without looking at reviews. Our appetizer arrived about 5 minutes after the cook was at the bar. The cheese was the color of an autumn squash. Dipping a pretzel into, my girlfriend thought she found a noodle! Alas, I was able to inform her that it was simply a petrified piece of cheese, probably from the microwave the cheese had just graced. Overall, it tasted like store bought queso dip and our side of ranch sat untouched, an unnecessary accomplice to our lackluster appetizer. Before we got through half of the cheesy nightmare, our side salads arrived. At least you can't mess up bagged salad mix. Though I expected a crouton or two. Before I took two bites of it, the waiter was back again! With our food in tow, leading us to have a veritable smorgasbord. Luckily it was just the two of us or the table would've been overladen. My Twisted Cuban looked good, however after a bite or two I thought something was off. On inspection, I realized there was no mustard! Instead the sandwich was smothered in mayo. My girlfriends Black Bean Burger had wonderful looking grill marks, but was ice cold. So cold, the cheese never even had a chance to melt. The last shock of the evening came when we got our bill. Sitting down at 6:15, we had just made Happy Hour, which promised $4 apps and drinks. Sadly, neither was true. With staff, service, and products like this, I am not surprised we were virtually alone in the restaurant.

This Christmas my family spent the weekend at the Raddison Hotel. With the Twist Bar & Grill connected made it so easy to have breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food is made fresh and tastes amazing!!! The service was great they strive for perfection. You dont need to stay at the hotel either to eat there, the restaurant has it's own entrance. I would recommend Twist Bar & Grill to anyone!

My wife and I were staying at the hotel, tried going here for dinner one night and we were told the restaurant was no longer serving food for the night. It was only 8pm and the restaurant was still open until 10pm. So yes they were open, but not serving food.

We waited almost an hour to get a table and then another 45 minutes to get our food. We only ordered soup and an appetizer but it took FOREVER to get service. The waiter NEVER returned to see if everything was OK. On bringing our food to the table, he dumped the bread for the appetizer on the table and said he would bring more but he never did.

We stayed at the hotel and tried this bar and grill and it took an hour to get cold food. Terrible experience all around. Don’t waste your time or money.

Bartender was the only one there and he couldn't keep our orders straight, myself and one of my colleagues ordered a spotted cow the other a blue moon, he brought 2 blue moons then didn't come back to take food order for 30 minutes. There was only 5 others in the place at the time, but I will say the food was good service just sucked

Food made me ill. Have had diarrhea and abdominal cramping for days now. Worst food poisoning of my entire life. The bartender (Vanessa) overcharged me and did not fix.
