2 Stars (edited to 1 star after reading about the racist and fat shaming owner) because at least the food was good. Everything else ranged from bizare to bad. Why did you give me a weird buzzer for my food and then buzzed me when I was the only person in the place and was 6ft from the counter? Why am I asked to tip and then need to do everything myself? I had to get up to get my drinks, get up to get my food, get up to get a napkin, get up to get silverwear, get up to get cream for my coffee, and get up to bus and clear my table. I mean seriously why am I being asked to tip? You ask for a tip and then provide the ACTUAL least amount of service possible. I can't think of how you could cut anymore service out of the experience without asking me to cook my own food. $50 for 2 sandwiches and coffee is a joke. I could have gone to an actual resturaunt with actual service for that price.On top of the complete lack of service the atmosphere is wild. It looks like pintrest threw up on the place. Why was my food served in an actual basket? Not like a food basket, but a basket that looks like it came from hobby lobby. The paper wasn't thick enough and so my fork was stabbing into this basket that was clearly never meant for food.This place is total amature hour. I'm guessing the owner is more worried about aethetic than running a business. If you like bitter coffee and christian girl autum then this is your place. Otherwise I'd recommend going literally anywhere else. I really regret giving this business my money.

Two Things: First: $8.23 for a large skim mocha is outrageous. Second: This morning I was 2nd in line and it took over 20 minutes to get my overpriced beverage. There were plenty of baristas, but they were much more engaged with each other than with their customers. There was a customer who was taken care of AFTER me that left BEFORE me. I have had this experience before and I can honestly say this place caters to its regulars and not to "outsiders." Really disappointing, not going back.

Nice little coffee shop. The closest we could find to I-90 with a decent breakfast. The menu was small but had nice variety and the food was ready quickly. I had the breakfast bowl with the garlic aioli.

Food and drinks are good, but the service is lackluster and while I love dogs, I'm pretty sure it's a health code violation to have them inside especially when the kitchen is just behind the counter with no real walls or doors separating it. I've held my tongue when customers are inside with their dogs just waiting for drinks, but today there was an off leash dog just roaming around (maybe an employee's dog even).Someone should tell the staff behind the counter that if they care at all about people using rewards they should explain it or ask them if they're interested. We figured it out on our own after a while that it was a 3rd party app, but I was confused every time they'd ask about using points or something after I already paid.
