I ordered a custom cake for a birthday December 26. I had to pick it up December 23 due to the Bakery being closed for Christmas. I was overjoyed that when we cut into this wonderful chocolate cake it was still super moist. The ladies there are artists! They brought to life the custom cake that I wanted for my UT fan! Exceptional cakes, even if you have to wait a few days to cut into it!

Two Sisters is some of the best cake we’ve had! After calling nearly 10 bakeries to see if I could get a chocolate cake with Bavarian creme inside it on short notice, I tried here. Sure enough they were able to turn around a cake in less than 24 hours. It was perfect and so delicious! My kids go to a lot of birthday parties and they said this cake was the best they’ve had all year. If you want truly delicious cake with beautiful decorations AND you want to support a small business, you should definitely consider Two Sisters bakery.

I have been getting bakery items here since I was a kid. The memories this building and its delicious sweets hold for me is very special. My Mammy, (who is no longer with me), used to take me here and let me pick out some cookies and my favorite- petit fours. When Melanie and her sister took over I wasn’t sure they would taste the same and I didn’t want to lose that memory. However, they are still as delicious as the first time I tried them. I will stop by just to get me some just to take me back to that special time in my life.Some of the best memories are attached to food in my family and I am so happy to support these two sisters. I have never had one thing bad here and even take some of their goodies to Florida when I visit my daughter, making new memories with her If you have not tried their sweets, you are missing out. DELICIOUS! Thanks ladies for keeping my memories alive.

Let me just tell you: I had planned for a cake and smash cake for my son’s first birthday. We had to reschedule the cake being made TWICE one day before the scheduled time. They were gracious, patient, and understanding each time. The cake was delicious and perfect.

My sister ordered my birthday cake and my nephew’s birthday cake at the same time and plenty in advance, as my birthday is 12/24, his is 12/25, and we know how busy holidays are for bakeries. My husband picked both cakes up on 12/23 and they were stored as directed in the fridge.
The next day when it was party time, we were excited. My cake was beautifully decorated. The taste of the buttercream frosting was fine. Nice smooth texture, but no flavor of butter, only sugar. Very, very sweet. Sadly, the cake itself was nearly inedible it was so desperately dry. We had hoped my nephew’s cake was better, but no such luck. We are a family full of sweets lovers, but no one was happy with either cake. Very disappointing and we won’t be ordering cakes again.
It’s hard to leave a poor review when this business comes so highly recommended and the owners are clearly good people. There’s no way every cake that leaves the shop is this dry or they wouldn’t be a beloved community staple. Unfortunately this was our experience (and our first experience purchasing from them) and it wasn’t a good one.
