I was very happy with Upstairs Downstairs catering for our wedding at Harvest Moon Pond. The next day, we had multiple compliments about how good the food was at the wedding. They were always responsive to my emails or calls, and answered any questions within a day. I would recommend them for your next event!

Upstairs Downstairs catered our rehearsal dinner & welcome drinks a couple weeks ago. We can not speak more highly of their services - the food was tasty and service was excellent. Working with Upstairs leading up to the event could not have been easier - they are very accommodating and made for an epic night!

Upstairs Downstairs catered our wedding several weeks ago and did a fantastic job! Saima was incredibly easy to work with, promptly sending us new quotes for our many menu/guest count changes leading up to the event and even modified one of the entrees for us to cater to our guests needs. The serving staff were quick to get everyone's food out and even had all of the salads on the table before people were seated. They checked in on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed during the meal and were very friendly. Everyone raved about the filet of tenderloin, it was cooked perfectly!

My only complaint was that there did not seem to be enough food supplied for the appetizer platters during cocktail hour since they were both completely gone after 15 minutes even though these are charged per person, but this was a minor issue and I was honestly quite full after dinner anyways.

We loved working with Upstairs Downstairs for our wedding! Saima was amazing to work with, and helped with any questions or changes that I had leading up to the day. The servers were very friendly, and the food was great. Our guests also loved the late night snacks!

On the day of, Upstairs Downstairs made sure everything ran very smoothly and stayed on track. The service was excellent! All of the wait staff were such hard workers and so pleasant to be around. We received many compliments about the food as well. The favorites seemed to be the Butternut Squash Ravioli, and the Garlic Mashed Potatoes (both so good!). We also had appetizers through UpDown, and they took care of set up/clean up and serving them as well. You will not regret choosing Upstairs Downstairs for your big day!

Upstairs Downstairs was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. The food was excellent (we had the Tenderloin and Pesto Shrimp Cavatappi as entrées). Communication was easy, with quick responses and flexibility in accommodating our special requests. They made everything feel effortless on our end, handling every detail with minimal direction and total professionalism. We got married at a private residence, which comes with some extra challenges - and Upstairs Downstairs handled them all seamlessly. Our guests have commented how attentive and professional the staff were countless times over. Not to mention the food - the parmesan stuffed artichoke hearts were to die for! Their help was extraordinary in the planning process and they allowed us to personalize both appetizers and dinner entres, which felt like a luxury in the catering business. They truly wanted us to be happy with our experience, and we felt that throughout the whole process. We could not recommend them enough!

First off, hooray for a wonderful group of people who worked so hard to make the reception exceptionally perfect! It was awesome to see all of you in action. The tables were set up beautifully! When I first walked in and saw everything, it took my breath away! The staff were so kind to work with. Second, the food was fabulous! The presentation looked so lovely. So happy how everything turned out. The food was amazing. We got so many compliments on all of it but especially the London broil. The staff was professional and knew exactly how the schedule of events was to go. Ingrid was was so wonderful and accommodating. Would definitely use them again.

We used Upstairs Downstairs Catering for my daughter's wedding in Stoughton last month. I was impressed from the very beginning with how easy and flexible Ingrid was to work with. Although we attended one of their official tastings early on. Ingrid continued to work with us to provide additional tastings and adjust the menu throughout the process. Upstairs Downstairs was so accommodating - from serving a family favorite (chicken piccata) that was not on the menu, helping to serve cheesecakes an aunt made, serving Babcock ice cream from an ice cream cart the groom's family created, and preparing delicious cheese curds as the late night snack. Every time I made a new request, Ingrid made it happen (even having the servers fold the napkins how we requested). Compared to the other full service catering companies in the area, Upstairs Downstairs was very reasonable. They continually provided updated proposals every time we changed anything which was nice considering how expensive weddings are! They were also more flexible than other companies - allowing up to bring in our own desserts to save money - instead of requiring us to use theirs. Overall, we were very happy with our experience with Upstairs Downstairs, with their food, and with Ingrid in particular.

The food was delicious, and we received several compliments on it! We loved that they did hors d'oeuvres, the entree, dessert, and late night food. The wait staff was attentive about filling water glasses throughout dinner.

Additionally, half way through our wedding planning, I found out that I could no longer eat gluten. Upstairs Downstairs worked with us to make adjustments to the menu, and help us figure out what I could and couldn't eat. Their dietary restrictions are clearly labeled on their menu, which was very helpful.
