Excellent coffee near campus. I’ve been coming to Valentia for years - it’s one of my favorite spots. I love the mocha, homemade chai, and the breakfast sandwich! Also recommend the pastries.
It’s a great place to catch up with a friend, study, or have breakfast with a visiting professor. Highly recommend!

Place online order. Pickup time slightly after their scheduled closed. Instead of canceling the order, they stayed open to make the food and allow me to pick it ip. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC that they did that. Food and drinks were awesome. Highly recommend!

Excellent coffee!! My husband is a cold brew 'snob' and he said their cold brew was one of the best he's had. In fact, he had me go grab him another one after I finished my research at the WHS, before we headed out to Minnesota. He had already had one earlier, while I did research. Extra note of excellency: I accidentally left my research notebook in their restroom!! Didn't notice until in Minnesota! They were wonderful about sending it back to me in Washington state! Highly recommend this wonderful family owned local coffee shop..

Nasty coffee, nastier bathroom. The store requires a purchase of something to use their restroom, already an unfair situation. Not a fan of the drink I had to buy so that I could use the restroom, even though previously I heard good things about the menu. When I went to use the bathroom, it was quite unclean. Better luck next time.

The staff were all very friendly and kind! This is a great coffee shop to work and study in with lots of seating that isn’t too close together. I didn’t think my coffee was very flavorful because it kind of had a lot of milk but I also like coffee kind of strong so it was more of a preference thing. Even still I liked it and was super impressed that they make their syrups as a lot of shops don’t anymore. I’d definitely go back!

I’m here on business and stumbled upon this place. They get 10/10 stars! My Chai Latte was amazing and the breakfast is fantastic. I highly recommend!
tried giving a local coffee shop a second chance but the mocha has no flavor except for coffee grounds and the chocolate wasn’t mixed in. staff was not friendly. they were focused on their own conversations with each other. go to colectivo!!

So to whom ever is over this company that responded to my comment RE READ & if you know your store then you should know your menu by hard that doesn't have the sizes next to them if YOU RE READ I said THE CASHIER NEVER INFORMED ME ON THE SIZE SMART AZZ!! Also address my other concerns about mistreating people and treating others a certain way upon greetings as well as the other young lady who left a similar review will be taking this concern to the proper people after today thankyou!!

It would’ve been nice if they’d explained to me that the Gibraltar was that much in size for a drink like the cup felt empty. So I said to the young lady with the gray sweater, glasses and no hairnet on could I swap it out for a different coffee same price so I went with the batch brew. Instead of her meeting my needs as I am the customer she caught an attitude and questioned whether the cashier explained to me how the Gibraltar works or not rolled her eyes and so the young man next to her took care of it for me no problem no attitude. As a citizen that was raised here in Madison 20 plus years I didn’t feel welcomed or that I belonged there the moment I walked in and this was my first visit/ experience. By the way I am colored
