Walked in because I saw boba on the sign, was greeted with screaming metal music and immediately fell in love with the place. There's so many options and they all look delicious, I went with the roast pork banh mi on the cashier's suggestion and it was a fantastic first taste. I also saw them recognize several customers, which is always a great sign. I look forward to coming back with friends!
Hello friends, you can't beat the food here. Yen is an awesome person with a beautiful attitude! Jason has always had a smile and gives good advice as to what he serves. I think if you haven't had their cuisine you should stop in and try it. It's very good.
I love trying banh mi from different cities, and this spot really impressed me.
Their combination banh mi has a unique creamy sauce that adds an extra layer of flavor.
The spicy beef noodle soup was rich and satisfying, and the pho was comforting and full of depth. Everything tasted authentic and delicious—highly recommend!
Very good service! The food recommendation is amazing! Big area and clean, happy with the food. Thank you!
Delicious brown sugar tea with boba, and my Bahn Mi was better than any I had in northern Vietnam! Friendly service as well!
A great place for bahn mi and bubble tea. Good vegetarian options. I grabbed one and I ate it in. One of the women who ran the place brought me out a glass of water on a tray.
This was totally unnecessary, but was quite kind. I have enjoyed every time I've visited.
Vegetarian options: Recommendation is on the tofu bahn mi. Haven't tried other options.

Like the bahn mi and fresh spring roll here. Good quantity for the price.

Delicious the first time and a totally different experience the second time. The staff were incredibly confused carrying out food. They tried to give the wrong food to the wrong tables multiple times. I ordered the clay pot chicken. It was great the first time! This time it was awful- the rice had changed and was very bland, the veggies weren’t the same ones as before (they were more like fajita veggies, it was odd), and the chicken was cooked differently and blah. The clay pot was so hot I could hardly eat the meal and the rice was burned to the bottom. They said they were out of low mein (seriously?), so my husband had to order something else. It wasn’t cooked like an authentic Vietnamese dish. It was very strange. We wondered if their chef was out and they had a family member sub in or something. Given how EXPENSIVE this place is I won’t be back.

I can‘t believe what I see, this 4th picture is what other people come here and ordered the spicy noodle soup, the left picture is what I ordered and received. I don't know if there is something wrong with my eyes,In my view, they are totally different things. But when I went to the front desk, that man said they are totally the same thing. I said it is ok,but when I come back to my seat, the front desk man come to our table ,and told me that we shouldn't come back again here, they always have a lot of problems of me. I don't know what did I wrong???Interesting, every time I krdered the pho,and they gave us the different one,his misunderstanding contribute to the wrong order, but finally became my fault??? Such racist restaurant! As an asian, discriminate asian people, keep blaming on others, never thought themselves‘ problem.

One of our favorite little spots near west towne. Good boba, pretty quiet, and the bahn mi gets better every time we get it. Grilled pork bahn mi highly recommended.

Viet Kitchen is my favorite restaurant. They consistently meet my high standards, which is impressive considering I grew up near some of the best Vietnamese food destinations, including Southern California and Saigon. The banh mi bread is FRESH & CRISPY, while the coffee has a rich flavor with a strong roasted aftertaste that definitely keeps you caffeinated! The pho and rice plates are also quite good.

Put off this time. Place was empty but several tables were covered in food and garbage. Lady behind counter was on FaceTime ignoring us so I went to bathroom right away. On the way past caught the cook having a sneeze attack and not covering his face. Then while I used the bathroom I never heard the sink run so I hoped he washed his hands.
Once we ordered the lady at the counter sat on the call w her friend talking the entire time.
Could just be an off day.
The food was ok but was better last time.
Hope they get it together.

The pho I received had an oil slick on top. The meat in the soup was grizzly and overcooked. Even the pho accessories were wilted and old. On top of that the restaurant smelled like feet. Total meal was over 50 dollars.

It didn't seem very clean, the table numbers were coated in sticky sauce, the ingredients are out by the bathroom and the sink didn't have soap. We got bánh mi and it was not very flavorful and expensive for what it was. The sauces are also not high quality. There are better places to go in Madison. I will say that the bread was great. That's about it.
