Perfect for a nice, casual tapas dinner. Wine choices were excellent. Staff are really helpful with selecting wines.

$22.50 for a glass of mediocre wine. No tapas available, but pizza not bad. Service is terrible

This place was fantastic. They recommend wines and have selections of cheese and tapas. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and picked cheeses for me. A great last night in Madrid. Go hereif you want local wines and tapas.

Happily, this wine bar is a short walk from where we are staying. We arrived early in the day - 4pm plus and all was quiet. We saw it the night before and it was jammed. Quality wine selection available at fair prices. Great cheese tray and olives. Bread service with it all. We purchased a bottle of Priorat, discounted for take away. Wish we had time for another visit.

Bar tender lied about not having any ice just so he didn’t have to make an old fashion 10 min before closing. We found out when he put ice in a glass of water.

Looked for a place to try Spanish wines and found this very well reviewed place. Smaller intimate wine shop that serves basic tapas and we were treated extremely well by the owner. Extremely good wine sampling suggestions (by the glass), with a great selection of Spanish wines from all of Spain. Very high quality wines with excellent value. Service was outstanding, personable and informative. Surpassed expectations.

They were busy but very disorganized so it was difficult to even get them to talk to us. Knowing how busy they were, no additional support and were out of most of their things on the menu. Staff was not rude but

Gorgeous design and accessible spot for drinks; just mind the time. There’s usually one server and they seem to be swamped with orders. We didn’t try the food as we were in a rush for a flight, but others nearby whined incessantly about it. I can’t imagine why as it all appeared just fine from what we saw served, and all smelled delicious. Perhaps it was the price or took too long for their liking.Overall this seems to be a nice spot for a quick stop-and-go drink.. just don’t expect much else. It’s an airport wine bar in a regional airport, not a Napa Valley vineyard. Karens in the reviews clearly need to lighten up a bit.

This is an absolute gem of a wine bar. The staff is knowledgeable, approachable, and attentive. They share an obvious passion for quality wine and offer fantastic options by the glass from many of the lesser known Spanish regions. My wife and I dropped in for a glass on our anniversary celebration while in Madrid. We were so impressed, that we returned several more times to try more of the menu. I would definitely recommend the tortilla, but all the tapas are great. I cannot overemphasize how special the staff is - this is without a doubt one of the best spots I've had the pleasure of visiting. I do not frequently write online reviews, but this is very much a worthy exception. Don't miss it!

I've been here twice. 2 stars is being Generous.1st time was just waiting for my flight. Wasn't bad, wasn't great either but still worth coming back for a second chance. Service took a while but I didn't care since I was waiting a while for the flight anyway.2nd time I actually was working & starving since it's a long day, haven't eaten, figured give the place another chance. This was yesterday. Stood there for a good 10 minutes, waved & tried giving servers & the bartenders attention, I was flat out ignored.Nice place, HORRIBLE service, food can't really judge since I've been able to get food once & it wasn't bad but wasn't great either.

Recently reopened in the airport and I thought it was a good option before my flight. The menu had wine, beer, and flatbreads but only the flatbreads had prices. This should have been my first indication things would be off. The bartender put in a flatbread for me, poured me a 9 oz Chardonnay, sat down to stare at her phone, and 10 minutes later I asked if my food was done. She said, “oops I guess that’s what smells” and pulled a black flatbread out. She then offered to comp me one to go which I thought was nice. Then she gave me the bill for the 1 glass of wine. $25.60. I couldn’t believe it and she confirmed the price. I know now why there were no prices for alcohol on the menu. I don’t recommend, will not go back. Save yourself the money and go across the walkway to the other bar or buy your own at the gift shop.

We stopped in here and the owner was awesome! Vincente is very knowledgeable and friendly as is the rest of his crew. We enjoyed a couple of glasses of fantastic wine with a great atmosphere. It was so nice we stopped in a couple of times while in Madrid.

When flying out of Madison, Wisconsin make sure to buy transportable Spotted Cow beer...only available in Wisconsin. If you are flying late, look for Jennifer @vinoteca who will serve you well. She is super professional and loves her job! She is a find.
