The chicken was a lukewarm not crispy like a mcchicken sized at mcdonald's .. employees chilling... should of gone to popeyes for the sandwich meal a block away Only good thing the coke zero taste like it.

Walked up to the register, the lady just turned around and started talking to her coworkers(as we waited almost 5 minutes before someone finally took our order), most tables were dirty, and both the men's and women's bathrooms were pretty gross.

I was disappointed to find out vanilla frosty's aren't available.
This is the only Wendy's in Madison that I go to. The service is good, the food is good and put together. This is the only Wendy's that I have gone to in Madison that the burgers and chicken sandwiches are just sloppy thrown together.

If you go during lunch time they are on the ball and get people through the drive through quickly like it should be for fast food. Go after 6 PM and it's extremely slow. I have had numerous times where there were 3 or 4 cars behind the order screen and it took me 20 minutes from when I pulled up to get my food.
