Arrived for lunch and found the doors locked for some reason. We got inside because one of the door locks is broken I guess. We assumed the door was just weird but it turns out the lock is busted and the lobby was closed. We had ordered online for dine in and had no indication that the lobby was closed. Had we known we would have gone elsewhere. I wish we had because the food was awful. The french fries were burnt and the food took way too long to be given to us. The employees acted pretty annoyed that we were there. If you're going to close the lobby post a sign! Why the heck was the lobby even closed during lunch to begin with? I got the feeling they just didn't want to work because they weren't treating the drive thru much better.

I ordered a egg and cheese biscuit and it was perfect fresh moist and made with love biscuit was fresh and egg and cheese. I also ordered an egg and cheese mc muffin fresh flavorful and made with love. It’s been along time since I have eaten fast food especially in the morning and it actually worth the money I was spending. Thank you to that chef, team and manager I wish I would have gotten my recipe or the name of the women who served my order. Keep up the service and quality.

Showed up at 12:50am to get an ice cream to satisfy my craving and the employees had all the lights off in the dining area & all of their vehicles started. I went and sat at the drive threw and nobody answered so I pulled up to the door to look at the hours and it said 1am. While I was at the door looking at the hours another customer pulled up into the drive-thru and nobody answered them either. You don't want to work your scheduled hours then sit home!! Useless!

Absolutely the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The employees are all very nice but the food is hit or miss. Every time I have ordered a Frosty it comes to me soupy. I finally asked them why are your Frosty's always melted because they never look like the picture. The response? Our machine isn't working properly. Are you kidding me? Fix it? Who wants a soupy Frosty?
