Ordered ahead of time. Was given a 5 minute timeframe. I showed up 10 minutes later. Told them I ordered online. I sat and waited another 10 minutes before being given our food. I could see the lady who was making our food wiping her nose with tissue and continuing to work. Won't be going here again.

We ordered 3 double stack cheeseburger, fries and a large soda. Got home, only 2 hamburgers were in the bag. We called back and the manager said the cashier entered it in wrong so he was going to do nothing. Cashier provided NO receipt. So I was shorted my burger. Will never go back to that location. Rude and indifference shown from the employee and the manager on duty. Fries were also cold.. the burgers we did get were dry.. serving old food? Overcharged and shorted food.

Rude staff, mumbling on drive through speaker and gets angry when you can't hear them. Food was so cold and stale. Just awful experience. Sad considering I remember Wendy's used to be a damned good meal.

As much as I hate leaving a bad review i have to put this out. I went thru the drive up and ordered a Dave's double combo. Dave's Double comes with Cheese l,Tomato . Onions and lettuce. The person asked me if I wanted cheese, hello that's standard on a Dave's double. I got home and it didn't have any Cheese Tomato Onions or Lettuce. Very disappointed

DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDY'S!! The service is terribly slow, and rude. Even the customers are rude. This is supposed to be fast food, but they make me late for lunch.

I don't trust the workers so I don't trust the food!!!!! They really seem upset in there and the manager the black lady who's going bald really be rude for no reason 💯so for people to just be upset for no reason with the customers shows me I shouldn't trust the food...... customer service is before sales!!!!!!

Ordered bacon double stack biggie bag only onion. Got a jr bacon with lettuce and tomato and onion. Took it to the counter let her know it wasnt a double stack, argued with me that I ordered a jr bacon, which I never have and never do anytime I come to a wendys. Confirmed I only wanted onion on it and replaced. Got back to table and it had lettuce, pickle, tomato and ketchup. Took it all off. Wasnt gonna go battle her again. Not a good listener and had an attitude. Wont be coming back to this wendys.

Good food, workers were rude and snotty when I messed something up with an online order and had a massive attitude. I snapped back but I wouldn’t have been so upset and rude myself if the lady at the counter wasn’t barking at me.
