Honestly when I do stop in I dread coming here but with Sylvia in the store she takes all that anxiety away fixes anything that’s wrong and she understands and make sure everything correct

Service was nonexistent. Stood in line for 10 minutes while the one lady in there working is talking on her cellphone, while attending drive thru. Hire some competent people please

Decided to go in and order to use the bathroom instead of doing drive thru and a lady let us back in saying “as soon as we walk out there’s customers” complaining already as we walked in. She then asked another employee to take our order and the lady looked at us , rolled her eyes and lifted up her eye brows. we just said our order and took our cups. Don’t be complaining about taking customers order when that is quite literally your job. You working at Wendy’s got nothing to do with me, decide better life choices and maybe working at wendy’s wasn’t something you had to deal with. They were two older ladies and one was definitely a manager or a shift lead. We didn’t even get our full order.

This Wendy's was different from what I remember. The lady at the counter was a salty old grandmother type person. Not really too nice but definitely in charge. The burger was served so quickly I'm thinking it was made ahead of time. It came very sloppily with lettuce, tomato, sliced onion, mayo and ketchup. Fries on the other hand were perfectly done and had skin left one which I really enjoyed.

Tasha took my order, I simply ordered my food, no problem, when I got to the window, she was being lippy about me using apple pay, said “shoulda said you were using apple pay” then continued to be snarky when I was confused why my apple pay wasn’t going immediately n how I was trying to adjust my phone to get it to work, I asked for barbecue sauce that was not given after I very directly asked for it and she told me “you can have a little” like bruh why y’all holding back on the sauce Tasha, give me my gosh dang sauce, i’m beyond furious how stupid and avoidable this was

The food is always good at Wendy's. The service was fine. The atmosphere was different in that basically my wife and I were the only customers there in the restaurant, but others were going through the drive thru. The restaurant was adequately clean.

Came here today after college classes, decided to get three biggie bags, the cashier at the drive thru told me my total, I unlocked my credit card while he told me my total I get to the window he tells me my total I hand him my card which I have plenty of money on by the way with no restrictions! The guy had my card for at least a minute or two he kept swiping my card in the terminal for what reason I DONT KNOW! He then opens the window and ask me if my card is unlocked I said uh yeah! He said well it won’t go through on the computer I said that’s a lie because my bank told me that a transaction was made in the amount of 17.41 and in the amount of 7.06 dollars once I showed him proof he told me he didn’t know what I was talking about and that the charge wasn’t from the correct store which was a lie! Because by the charge it states the whole address. I was getting extremely frustrated because my kids were hungry! He tried to tell me to get out of the drive thru or he would call the police I simply told him I’d call the police for him because he charged my card 2 seperate times when he wasn’t suppose too i told him to just give me corporates number. Once I got out of the drive thru and called them the number wasn’t even a real number! I will never ever do business here at this location again!
