We went in for burgers. We heard the grill is small but big taste. We went on Saturday 6pm. Sadly, the grill had already closed up. It is true that people don't just drink after 5pm on a Saturday. The bartender there however was plenty chill and welcoming. The atmosphere was typical to a bar on Saturday night on State Street. Hopefully we can get to you when the grill is open. You should however reconsider the closing time of the grill. It most certainly will bring in sales on weekend evenings. Just a thought.

We wanted to have dinner, but by 6 the grill was closed already. We were looking forward to some burgers. I suppose we will have to come for a lunch to see if the burgers are any good.

We walked in at 12:06pm there was a server and bartender. We sat at a table waited and nothing. So we left. Other staff was setting up for something but no one acknowledged us even as we walked out past them

Hi, I am an Asian woman and this bar only affirmed to me that people of color do not have a place here. This place obviously has a preference of who they want in their bar and who they would like to keep out. I had a full face of makeup, jewelery, and a going out tube top with flowy black linen pants. Apparently, what I was wearing to the bouncer was "sweatpants" even when they are not called sweatpants. You can wear comfortable clothing without it looking lazy. I explained to him the actual type of pants it was and there was no acknowledgement of my presence. He ignored my other friends who are also Asian and instead moved along to let the white men behind us in who were wearing gym shorts. As I looked into the bar I see white women wearing similar outfits to me, and sadly this experience is not surprising.

Someone would think this place being in a progressive city has more inclusion and acceptance to diversity but is
wrong.
As a Latino, I felt unfairly judged by the staff, who seemed to assume the worst
about us from the start. Despite asking for an explanation, we were asked to leave without being given a valid reason. This experience felt discriminatory and left us feeling like our rights were violated. Security staff is completely biased, unfortunately. Lack of training?
Prices are ridiculous even for being a downtown bar, bartenders ignored me for 20+ minutes and were very rude when they got around to serving me

Didn't try any food, but happy hour was cool, and the atmosphere (Saturday night) was definitely a vibe.
