The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better
Wingstop has good fries good wings good food hot wings the best drinks the best dipping sauce and I like to eat Wingstop especially on game day
We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!
stopped taking cash, so I stopped taking wings, from them. hope they go out of business. 64% is being extremely generous
Alitas sin sabor y todas crudas, el aderezo está horrible aguado, las hamburguesas no están Taaan mal pero tampoco las recomiendo mucho.
Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio
Every location I pick up GrubHub deliveries has slow and rude service. I'm about to boycott their pickups with how consistently bad Wingstop is customer service wise.
What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.
I was there with mi kids on a Monday, we ask for the 5 pieces tender with the mango habanero sauce. It was yummy and it had a kick to it. But the best part was the lady at the cash register. She looked in her 60’s, thin, white blonde hair. She was one of those people that are naturally kind person. One of those that you find very once in a while. So friendly, so nice!! Way to go!! Gracias!.

Ordered online and received a ready time of 9:30. It is now 9:55 and we are still being told our order is not ready. Meanwhile, two groups of people have come in, ordered, and left with their food. If you are ordering here, make sure you have a backup plan.

The lady taking our order was very attentive and helpful. While she wasn’t taking orders, she was cleaning everything, checking on everyone eating, and staying busy. She made me feel better taken care of than some sit down restaurants. The store was clean and all staff was helpful!

Tastes like any other Wingstop chain. Store is clean and staff are friendly enough. Unfortunately they have gotten at least 1 item wrong on every online order pickup we've ever made.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Wingstop, all thanks to the manager, Torrens. He was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. It’s shocking that someone with such poor communication skills is allowed to represent the brand, let alone be in a management position especially GM. Wingstop seriously needs to reconsider who they’re putting in charge—this was unacceptable.
