Beautiful grounds and great service. You can definitely tell they care about your experience. Their live entertainment they host is top notch. Quite honestly the patio experience on a beautiful Sunday afternoon is 2nd to none. Highly recommend.

Love this place! Great family business that work hard to create AMAZING wines! Great live music every week! Love the fact that there are no children and no dogs allowed, finally a place where we can just get away from all that for an evening! Thank you!!

This is one of the best wineries around. Good wine, good food. Great band Billy Lethal!!!!!

Beautiful venue on a sunny Wisconsin afternoon. Live band playing 70's & 80's music. Lots of grass to bring your own chairs, but also some tables and chairs and picnic tables. Rules posted say absolutely no one under 21, no dogs, and no outside food/beverage.

Ordered a flight of 6 choices for $12 - but free if you buy a bottle. We didn't. Good mix of dry and sweet wine, all from Wisconsin grapes. Didn't buy any of the dry we tasted. Qe didn't taste the sweet. Four stars because we weren't that fond of the wine.

As with distilleries, we enjoy stopping at wineries as we travel. We had seen Ziegler's on our way to the goat farm, so we knew we would have to stop for some wine tasting. We let Amanda pick out the 6 samples for us to taste. We really liked her choices. We did try an extra one, Ruby Diamante, which we really enjoyed, so we had a bottle of it to go along with our Charcuterie platter. We left with four bottles, another of the Ruby Diamante, a Frontenac Gris, a Recherche, and a Cornacopia. Really enjoyed our time there sitting inside and walking the grounds by the pond. Very beautiful place to enjoy a great glass of wine.

Large selection of wine, even a non-alcoholic wine! Huge outdoor seating area with a beautiful backyard, lots of space for parking. Friendly staff and fast service. Flatbread was great too!

A nice little hidden gem on the back side of the lake

We found this winery for the first time this past weekend, and what a splendid treat it was. Lots of wine to choose from, great food, live music and a wonderful seating area. I particularly enjoyed the adults only atmosphere as this was a 21 and older establishment. It was refreshing to enjoy wine and good company without younger ones around. On this first time visit we got to meet Mr. Ziegler himself and had a wonderful chat about wine and his winery. Delightful time and we most definitely will be back and again with friends.

This winery has a really nice patio where you can sit and enjoy a wide variety of wines, or even listen to live music. The grounds are well taken care of, and they also offer beer, and snacks to eat. The spinach artichoke dip (served warm) was a highlight.

Thank God no children allowed

Jeff Kilsdonk

I was shocked at all the children here. Children throughout..

I mean in the reviews, not the establishment.

Not a 5 star place (more like 4), but I'm tired of reading these 1-star reviews from these people who are upset that this business wouldn't allow them to bring their kids in. Ziegler doesn't deserve that.

You know what? If you don't like it, just don't go there. Don't review-bomb them negatively because you don't agree with their policy. You weren't mistreated - you were treated the same way anyone with children would have been.

I liked a few of their wines, and will definitely try them again, but maybe we'll come back when the weather is nicer. One negative: I wish the wine flights didn't come in plastic cups.
