“The food and service was excellent! Unfortunately, it is not a place for anyone handicapped. No handicap parking and on a main road so can't even drop off in front of establishment. Stairs, no ramps. And for a Thursday evening, it was jammed packed. Tables are extremely close together to accommodate as many people as possible. I had to wait for half of our party to get up so I could push the table away from me so I could get out. One in our party had a walker and one a cane. On the way out, we ran into gridlock as there was another customer trying to get up the steps and into the building with another walker and there wasn't any room for anyone to make room for either walker! There was also a throw carpet in the main doorway that kept curling over and created a tripping hazard.”

“AMAZING customer service! I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered my coffee only to realize I could not find my wallet. Frantically searching my back seat and coming up empty handed (while also panicking where it could be) I told the drive thru lady to quit making my order. She was so kind and generous and they still gave me my order and told me “it happens to the best of us, I hope your day gets better.” I’m completely taken aback! This completely changed the outlook of my day. Thank you Starbucks ♥️”

“Out for a Saturday drive, looking for outdoor dining in the FDL area. Sadly, there aren't many choices. Stopped by Sunset and were pleasantly surprised to see their nice sized patio open for dining, right on the lake. VERY friendly and prompt service. Nice menu, including a personal favorite, gyros and even gyro salad. Will make it a stop in the future for food and drinks.”

“Food is pretty good but the service was awful from what I think is must be the owner's daughter. She's been there for years and has always very hostile. Prices are ok. And other workers nice but she's almost a dealbreaker to bother going there”

“The workers here are extremely well-trained and efficient. Yes, there are busy times, but they do the best they can. The store is clean and the district manager was changing the light bulb on a step ladder this morning. Dedication!
