I am sad because the staff are always so nice but most of the time my order isn't right. Today, I ordered a cranberry orange muffin (the ONLY reason I ordered a muffin was because I wanted to try that one) and got a blueberry....and there is definitely no caramel in my iced coffee, it's just cream and coffee. Sometimes when I go, my coffee is so perfect and delicious, and the staff is always so nice but it's few and far between lately. I want to recommend them but I am scared...read full review
