Worst ihop ever. Order a Colorado omlette and received a two egg omlette with only 2 pancakes. Supposed to get a big 3 egg omlette with 3 pancakes. Waste of money last tine we go here.

Went there after it changed over to AppleHop, had some high expectations because i love breakfast from iHop. Unfortunately I went there with my partner and it was disappointing. Service was decent, the food was bland as hell. I had asked for super crispy hashbrowns and didnt get them. Payed almost $60 and left disappointed. Went back a month later for they chicken tenders...i received them and they were luke warm. Ask them to reheat them by frying them again.....and getting rid of the half priced apps was a mistake.

Honestly, I wouldn’t even give the service any stars. It was not a busy time of day, mid afternoon. We were seated promptly. It went downhill from there. The service was absolutely horrible! The waitress literally disappeared from sight 15 minutes at a time. Thankfully, the nice young man hostessing brought out our appetizer and then a few minutes later he was also the one to bring out our food! By the way, her section was not busy! At one point, there was only one other table.

My husband and I went there on Black Friday after shopping all day to try something new in town. It was horrible. The service was Absolutely horrible it took forever for our waitress to come to our table wasn’t very pleasant. Couldn’t find any workers there. They were all in the back by the cooks. Wanting to get refills on our drinks or ask for more napkins was a process. Even the host lady was not pleasant and she disappeared too. The burger that my husband got was super greasy, like dripping grease. I ordered some pancakes were not cooked all the way I still saw dough in them. It was so disappointing will not be going back.

Ordered my food online for pickup , my favorite meal (Mexican tres leches pancakes with hashbrowns sirloin steak tips scrambled eggs with cheese) and everything was perfect 🤷🏽♂️🔥

Food was fine. Nothing special really. Unfortunately I think Perkins is better. Service was pretty bad. Had an online order and stood 15 minutes inside before being helped. After being asked if we were waiting to be seated we said we had an online order and the waiter walked away and resumed cleaning tables. Had multiple waitresses walk passed us ignoring us. We showed up about an hour before the dinner rush so it wasn’t packed ether. Still while waiting for our food we heard a waitress making crude comments to and about her co workers. Finally got our food after a good 20 minutes of standing. The hostess wouldn’t even hand my food me. She made me walk around the counter and get it myself…… so many better places don’t waste your time.

Their Sirlion with Eggs & Pancakes especially the Strawberry Banana was very good! As well as their British Breakfast Black Tea which is a MUST try! Very good atmosphere, food was hot and ready, and very well liked. Thank you! Will come again ❤️
