The service there is horrendous. I went there with my mom, walked in, lady is sitting on stool hehind counter on her phone. Never looked up to acknowledge us. Then she just walked to the back and never came back. The lady at the drive thru window looked at us and also did not acknowledge us. I finally just left my mom stayed in there for a second and they still didnt acknowledge her so she left. Never again will I go to KFC in Manitowoc.

Horrible! Ordered 10pc meal. Got home and the original recipe bucket of chicken looked dark and glistening. Placed on a plate and noticed a drop of liquid and lifted chicken and so greasy. Immediately went back and b/c we were told that is how original recipe is, we asked for a refund. ALERT: no refunds at KFC. It's been a while since we had KFC, so I guess they changed their chicken to grease chicken or whatever chicken you call that leaves your plate wet. Terrible service and company should be ashamed for keeping peoples money. Save your time and money and go to Popeyes. That's what we had to do and will never go back to KFC. I only wish I took a picture to post before we took back.
The coleslaw was awful. It had a weird, chemical taste to it. Fried chicken was ok, but you can get better at Piggly Wiggly. Definitely not worth the $23 for dinner for myself and my husband.

Mike's Honey Hot sandwich is nothing to write home about! Chicken was dry and at room temperature. The entire sandwich was dry. I'll stay with the competition...they know how to do it right.

My wife was at the Manitowoc location on New Year Day and she left there empty-handed in disappointment. First of all thank you for open for business on a holiday while most businesses were closed. My wife was in the drive-thru around 11am, and was not greeted by anyone for a good 2-3 mins. She decided to drive around and went inside. She was greeted by a male worker stating that they weren't opened. She was confused because a sign stated it was opened at 10:30am on this specific day and the fact that she was able to enter the building gave her the indication that it was opened. The worker replied that he was out drinking the night before so nothing is going to be ready until noon. I'm glad this worker was able to participate the celebration of the new year, but he did have a responsibility as an employee to uphold a good work ethic. I wonder how many loyal customers were turned away due to this irresponsibility.
