I ordered drive thru. Put food in a thermal bag to stay warm. Took about 8 minutes to get home. Got tenders and mashed potatoes and they were not even warm. My husbands food was the same. Makes you wonder how long they keep them under the warmer before they throw it out. I called and explained the situation. She told me they only keep their food under the lamps for 30 minutes. I call Bull!! She wanted me to come back with the food. I worked all day and was NOT going back. She told me there is nothing she can do about it. I called customer service and they will send me a voucher only for a portion of what I paid. I will never go back! They should just close their doors.

They are so rude.you can feel the job frustration.unprofessional service. They do not have receipt . They’re saying reason is, they don’t have money to buy a printer paper. They took a paper mentioned printer is out of order, and stick it in the windows, so there is no chance to fix the printer.

Every time we eat here. The food is horrible. I ordered extra crispy chicken. Looked almost black n soggy. Patatoes are watered down. I prefer not to eat there. How ever who ever I'm with seems to go there. Service takes forever. They don't act like they see you right away. I've been to way better KFC Bugs laying on the floor dead. If I could it be a 0..

Horrible service. We ordered 30 min ahead of time. App said our order was ready. Got to store, doors locked went to drive thru asked for our order they yelled at us that our order was not ready they just got it. I let them know we order 30 min ahead of time they said we're short staffed. Just came back through again now told another 25 min their system is now down . Don't waste your time or money I can't even cancel since they won't give refunds

The service there is horrendous. I went there with my mom, walked in, lady is sitting on stool hehind counter on her phone. Never looked up to acknowledge us. Then she just walked to the back and never came back. The lady at the drive thru window looked at us and also did not acknowledge us. I finally just left my mom stayed in there for a second and they still didnt acknowledge her so she left. Never again will I go to KFC in Manitowoc.
