I went through the drive-through for 4 people they said NO I had to come inside to place the order then when I walked in they seemed to be upset I had such a large order I started walking out and she called me back I filled my sodas and took out to the car and when I walked back in the order was done and it was very good and the place was clean Maybe to short staffed

Classic unintelligent employees who don't give a crap about what they're doing. They can't follow simple directions on their screen to make my son's burger with no onions and no mustard. I had to ask them for a new one and they have no customer service skills. They just throw the other burger in the garbage and were about to make the new burger with nothing on it. Luckily I heard them and corrected them before I got another burger that would have to be thrown in the garbage and my son would have to wait even longer for his food. They provided no apology and no compensation for their mistake. If you're the manager here you should rethink your current staff.

Service was horrible food was a mess. I asked for a drink carrier and the young girl at the window was mouthing what I said to her back at me while she got one . We had to wait a minute for our food and same girl brought it out and just basically dropped it in the car without saying a word .
