Don't bother trying to order online, they won't even make your food until you get there and people who just go through the drive through or in the store will get their food before you. They are under staffed. I think they only had 1 person working there in the entire store.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Ordered online, drove through drive-thru after the estimated ready for pickup time and was told to drive around and go inside as it wasn't ready yet. Waited inside like a dummy for too long. Customers who placed orders at the counter received their food before me. Never got my food. Asked for a refund and had to wait forever. Total waste of time.

Food is usually fresh, little on the expensive side. Staff is friendly and fast, store usually pretty clean.

Price was GREAT for the meal they gave us. It was very generously portioned. The delivery driver was friendly. The food was hot, when we got it. I am most impressed with their takeout packaging. Every box was labeled. A GREAT experience! We will happily order from again!
Very rude employees roll their eyes when you walk in. No greeting nothing. Had a pick up order I asked about and got no response at all. the staff shouldn’t work any type of customer service job.

Arrived and there was 5 people in front of me in the restaurant. which seemed to go ok at first about 17 mins. Once I was suppose to be next and stood in front of the glass window to order for over 5 mins. The gentleman behind the glass apparently deiced he is going to ask the people after me what they wanted. I said excuse me and was ignored. Raised my tone a slight bit more saying excuse me again then he looked up and said nothing. The lady after me finely said owe you can order first? Well no duh I waited 22 mins to try and order something to be ignored by the employee and then informed that I can order by the customer behind me? The fact the employee didn't say anything is ridiculous. To have to wait that long for fast food is ridiculous. Needless to say I left even though it was a waist of my time. Instead I went to Qdoba and with 2 people in front of me I was in and out of there in 5 mins. There is no discussion or communication among the employees no one talking or acknowledging the customers standing there until they are ready to take your order. Mine effort minimum wage.
