Manitowoc restraunt is a hit or miss. Food is good if it's busy cause it's fresh but they are very understaffed and you can be first in line waiting 15 mins before you get to even take your order. Went through the drive thru, they told me it was going to take 5 mins and had me pull around the store and they would bring it out......waited 15 mins....went in....they forgot to make it up.
The wonderful experience, even though they were short a person.The young gentleman behind the counter gave all of us a free soda and apologized over and over again for service being slow.And I didn't see one person leave, that was waiting in line.He was very friendly and outgoing young man
The staff members were nice. The food was decent quality for fast food. I would come back. I recommend the the black pepper sorloin steak with brocoli and the my cousin Jack recommended the noodles.
