Always Been great, food has always been good. Staff just need to clean a bit more frequently as tables always seem dirty. Even today when there was 2 people including myself in there.

I was not going to write a review but after my wife wrote a review and got a phone call with an aggressive employee, I want to confirm this location has an attitude, take responsibility and accountability when someone gives you constructive criticism because panera employees you will learn from mistakes and make the business a success with this said panera after your aggressive phone call you have already lost 20 customers and that will grow because of your lack of understanding/accountability.

We pulled off the highway to eat here, and it was the worst Panera experience I’ve had. No drive through, and the workers were short and not polite. Gave no napkins or utensils for a to go order. Every question was met with short, cold replies. It was a bit surprising.

Enjoyable place to go, knowing you will have great service and healthy food options. Sip club member, so I probably go there more for drinks than food. Sometimes for what you get you pay more than I prefer, which sometimes prompts me to seek elsewhere, but food is always good quality, just sometimes the value for the food you purchase is off from what I expect.

I have ordered Panera multiple times and unfortunately there seems to be a problem with making sure the order is complete. Even though there are check marks by the food on the receipt, there is frequently food missing. It is soooo frustrating because the food is good but when you are working somewhere and can't leave to rectify the problem, it becomes a huge disappointment. Also when you are working a 12 hr shift, food is often the highlight of a very long very stressful shift. Just so disappointed, again.

Italiano sub was plenty spicy and we had to wait overly long for decaf coffee to be brewed. We were told they'd bring it to us, but ended up going to get it ourselves. Also there were no clean booths by the windows, we had to ask for one to be wiped clean before we could sit down. Usually we are very happy with Panera, but something seemed off tonight?

I’m here because it was taking so long for the worker to take 3 peoples order. Now I’m an understanding man and all but if it’s taking you 5 mins to put in one persons order that may be a little to long. Ended up going to McDonalds out of frustration
In my opinion - one of the best Paneras in the state. I’ve been to a few others that had terrible service and long wait times. Manitowoc Panera has wonderful management, pleasant employees and not too long wait times. 5 star for sure!
