I want to give a huge shout out to the manager! Shes so very sweet and works her butt off every time we stop in. A few months back my card kept getting declined and I was a total wreck because being a single mom and it declining was so embarrassing. She even sat with me while I called my bank, but morale of the story, she paid for us. And now its because of her being so kind, we come back to see her! I really wish there were more people like her in this world!

This is my third time here cause I love the eggs Benedict. It's sooooo good but everything i come here i wait for ever to be seated to be served even to get my silverware...it's crazy no one's there and some how there always busy NO ONES THERE. My waitress is at the register talking and doing absolutely nothing and my order wasn't taken.ahhhhh bucks cause the foods good!

Not busy 2 customers in bldg, no greeting, server spent entire time talking to other customer about personal life, when I pd the bill, no thank you not anything. No tip left as they didn't deserve it & definately not going back

The cook with short grey hair, and facial hair as well as some lady with brown hair thought it was professional to talk badly about customers, thinking people couldn’t hear them. If you’re going to talk badly about customers don’t have a job! Terrible service, didn’t even eat there after how rude they were.

Terrible customer service. My mom and sister waited for 20 minutes waiting for service, the cook (male with grey hair and short facial hair) blatantly told the waiter (female with brunette hair) to ignore them. The two then proceeded to bad mouth customers. When the waiter finally approached my mom and sister she and the cook lied and claimed it was “hard to hear in the kitchen.” These two employees talked rudely about customers who would call the restaurant and others.

After 20 min waiting at the table noone came. So just gave up and left.

Filthiest place I have ever worked! Kitchen staff no hair nets, no gloves, failure to use proper hand washing techniques. No temps taken on food. No proper food rotation. Completely unsanitary.

My family and I were traveling during the Thanksgiving week and we found ourselves enjoying a meal at this restaurant on Thanksgiving (we celebrated with family the day before) on our way to the airport. Our meal was delicious! Unfortunately, I realized I left my cell phone behind when I was at the airport leaving to go home to California. I called the restaurant and explained what happened...the gentleman offered to mail me my phone without me even asking him to. I received my phone a few days later just like he said. I was touched that someone did the right thing and went out of his way when he didn't have to. Thank you so much!
