The customer service was terrible. the night manager was extremely rude, mocking someone for stuttering, right in front of the customer. food is horrible, workers are slow, overall the most disappointing experience i’ve ever had. morning shift however is phenomenal

I love the workers here… today the lady who took our order was sooo kind, she has the most biggest brightest beautiful smile in the world… I wish I caught her name.. I’ve seen her a few times, I don’t like the Taco Bell workers or McDonald’s workers they are so so mean!! But I can’t get over how sweet they always are here. The food somtimes isn’t my favorite, but it’s still good!!! It’s Burger King what do u expect lol. Fries are cold somtiems when they are in a rush n have them cooked I get it!! They will remake them if you ask nicely as well because they get it too.. idk but I just want to put out there that this group of employees is my favorite in town. Stay smiling it makes peoples days. That lady did not stop smiling the whole time in the drive thru. She’s so sweet & respectful. I’m going to go inside next time and compliment her because I’m regretting not doing such. Also I’ve never had a problem with any workers here they are all usually very kind. And they always try as hard as they can to make sure you have the correct order, or they’ll fix it for you immediately!!

Usually this location is pretty good, but today it was not. Probably won't be back. Food was just thrown together. Wife got a flame thrower and I got a regular whopper. Hers had a regular bun on bottom, mine had the flame thrower bottom. Yeah I know, just had to switch them. Not a big deal. My fries I asked extra crispy. Really seemed to be a big deal to have to do that. Just cook your damn fries longer and people wouldn't have to ask for extra crispy. But really seemed to be a lot to ask. My burger was really was just thrown together. Definitely the worst I have ever gotten from the Marinette location

What happpen to the flame broiled burgers everyone loved. Notice hiw they never say that in there adds anymore. It's a shame I use to love eating here. Not so much in the last 5+ years.
In person orders are great sometimes a little bit longer of a wait but the orders are done right. They seem to have some considerable staffing issues. I've been at least 3 times in person and no one is behind the order screen 30-45 minutes after they're supposed to be open.
Twice now, I've placed a mobile order. Once in the early morning & once about 20 minutes before they closed. Both times no one was even at the restaurant to complete the order & if was still charged. So, I had to fight the app to get money back. I placed the mobile orders to give them a little time to prepare or close/clean up and both times they backfired. I will not be using the mobile app and just go in person.

Went thru drive thru ordered a double whopper with cheese for my husband ( which he just got out of hospital and wanted a Whopper) and that’s all we ordered Paid $9.06 we get home and it’s a single whopper no cheese 😡 Really you can’t get the order right!!! Had it 🤬 this is not the 1st time either we will not go to the Menominee Burger King any more 3 strikes and you were out!!! Now we go to Marinette and really strike one already!!! You really need to make sure you have trained employees that care about their job and serving the customers, cause if we’re paying $9.00 for a burger it better be what we ordered!!!
