What happpen to the flame broiled burgers everyone loved. Notice hiw they never say that in there adds anymore. It's a shame I use to love eating here. Not so much in the last 5+ years.

Summer
In person orders are great sometimes a little bit longer of a wait but the orders are done right. They seem to have some considerable staffing issues. I've been at least 3 times in person and no one is behind the order screen 30-45 minutes after they're supposed to be open.
Twice now, I've placed a mobile order. Once in the early morning & once about 20 minutes before they closed. Both times no one was even at the restaurant to complete the order & if was still charged. So, I had to fight the app to get money back. I placed the mobile orders to give them a little time to prepare or close/clean up and both times they backfired. I will not be using the mobile app and just go in person.

Went thru drive thru ordered a double whopper with cheese for my husband ( which he just got out of hospital and wanted a Whopper) and that’s all we ordered Paid $9.06 we get home and it’s a single whopper no cheese 😡 Really you can’t get the order right!!! Had it 🤬 this is not the 1st time either we will not go to the Menominee Burger King any more 3 strikes and you were out!!! Now we go to Marinette and really strike one already!!! You really need to make sure you have trained employees that care about their job and serving the customers, cause if we’re paying $9.00 for a burger it better be what we ordered!!!

Literally come on the only thing I asked was not to add anything but catch-up to my burger and y’all add mayo, so irritating cause I didn’t even notice till I got home like don’t say you’re going to not put anything on there and literally put something on there anyways the atmosphere was a little weird to.

I went to the marinette burger king for lunch and had a horrible experience, when I got done ordering my food and paid, the man stood there with my change and said i don’t have any change, i said what do you mean and i looked over the counter to see they were out of coins in their till, we stood there for a good 3 minutes before he went to what looked like a manager and she said i can’t do anything about it. i said it’s okay and he slowly handed me the rest of my cash and i went on, my order got handed out to the wrong person 2 times and i didn’t get my full order for 30 minutes. i’m very disappointed with how my experience turned out and I won’t be going back.
