Overall the food was excellent. My only small critique is that the shrimp is a bit overcooked/rubbery. I've eaten there three times and all three times the shrimp was a bit rubbery. Everything else was fantastic.
We’ve tried dozens of Mexican restaurants all over North America. To give each restaurant a fair chance, we order the same thing at each one, which is quite a variety. I can honestly say that Monarca is our favorite! Fast service, fair prices, great atmosphere and DELICIOUS food and drinks!
Had the "Tropical Chicken Tacos"!! They just might be my new favorite thing in life!!! They are so delightful!!! Thank you so much!!!
