“I never write reviews of fast food places simply because I don’t exactly expect “great” custom service. This place shattered that. The guy at the counter was extremely friendly. Cared to spell my name right on the order more than I did. They were quick and served the correct order. It was almost a surreal experience for fast food in today’s world. Awesome job Arby’s of Marinette!“

“The staff here are amazing! I am from Dyer indiana and I lost my wallet there while passing through on a road trip with my Family. I realized that I had lost it after driving two hours tword home in an attempt to get gas. I could not remember the exact Burger King in went to and ended up calling the wrong one. So I had to go through and cancel all of my credit cards thinking that someone had not turned it In period. Another 2 hours went by and I got a message on Facebook from one of the employees here. The general manager and assistant manager were both amazing! The general manager ended up over nighting me my wallet. This is a great example of amazing customer service. She even wrote me a sweet little note. We need more people like this in the world. Thank you so much to everybody who helped my wallet find It's home in my back pocket again.“
