Store opened late so had to wait 10 minutes for it to open. When I did enter the person behind the counter was very pleasant. He was also helpful when asked questions. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for, but not there fault. I would return in the future if I am in need of any new games.

I have been buying boxes of Pokémon cards from here each week for several weeks now for my daughter. They have been friendly. As I always have, I walked over there to pick out the cards. I was confronted by a new rude employee who said I wasn’t allowed to be there. The cards are a distance behind an L shaped counter entrance to the register area (which is a good ways away)and not available to see without walking to the shelves where they are located. Nobody ever had a problem before with looking at the cards. Since I was not permitted to look, I left and made no purchases. I won’t be returning again.

When I recently moved here I found out about Warhammer 40k and had to get my hands on a starter kit. The stores owner was nice enough to keep one behind the counter for me, I was hooked on painting minis and this was just the place for me, the supplies are quality and the paint good so this is where I got my stuff. And then I found out about their paint club and I’ve been going ever since.
Visited looking for some mtg singles. Wasn't really able to look at many because there were several people surrounding the glass case area just talking with the owner. There was some cool other stuff here but it was very off-putting that when I said I was looking for magic singles and then at no point were any of his buddy's asked to slide out of the way so I could see them.

Bought a Commander Masters precon from here. Hard to find Magic the Gathering products in Escanaba, it was very refreshing and a nice experience. I’ll be back when I’m in the area for sure.

I'm from out of state and was just stopping in on a whim. The owner is awesome! In conversation I mentioned I was a colorless MTG player and in response he showed me one of his own decks and I had no other choice to tip my hat and exclaim how sweet his cards were. I can only expect that this is a regular occurrence, meaning the customer service and the friendly feeling of this place is on point. I have a game store back water I'm from and the people behind the counter just feel rigid. But this guy hasn't let business get to his head. Thank you so much for the fun time!
