It seems that every time I order Jimmy John’s online they always screw up one of the subs by forgetting to add the special requests. I don’t know if they just don’t look at the tickets fully or what but this has happened 2 to 3 times so I may be deciding not to go to Jimmy John’s anymore in the future, due to them always messing up the order. Two others ordering from Jimmy John’s make sure you check yourselves before you leave

As a first time customer, I was eager to try Jimmy Johns.I asked if I could order the Caesar Chicken Wrap as a sub instead, and I was told yes, so that's what I ordered. Everyone was working as I believe in the manner and pace they should have been, and the counter customer service was very polite. I'm overall happy with service, politeness, and quality.The one thing that really turned me off was the thinner gentleman cutting bread, who's pants were, I'm not kidding, down below the bottom of his butt. I'm thankful he was wearing underwear and an apron. I find this disgusting in the food service business. I understand trends of clothing and wearing clothes changes through generations, but in the food service business, there is no place for that. I do not want to see that. If I were a manager there, that person would've been told to pull his pants up properly or go home.

We travel for work and stop to eat at JJs frequently. We've never been anything but happy with the food, atmosphere, or service. They weren't bad here. They don't take American express. We've never been told that at any JJs in the country. The food was standard, the service was below average. The atmosphere was average.

Food is fine. Order took almost 45 minutes. Food was left on the stairs, not by the door. Really expensive.*update* I ordered two subs. 1 for my wife and 1 for myself. I ordered it as I was leaving as I planned to have it later that night. I ordered my sub with no onions. On the wrapper it said no onions. I opened it, onions. I don't expect much but how does that even happen.

Male cashier was not friendly at all and seemed to be annoyed that he had to take orders. I ordered a sub and told him the number I wanted which I assumed comes with a drink like most places but either he didn’t hear me or I was mistaken and never got a cup for a drink. I asked for provolone cheese on the sub and was told they don’t have that, I understand stuff runs out but it seemed they don’t have it at all ever which is crazy, idk of any sub place that doesn’t have all cheeses! The person who I’m assuming is the manager Askari was very friendly, polite and gave me a bag for the sub since I had my hands full carrying a baby! As for the sub, I’m not a fan of the bread it just tasted bland and stale really no flavor, some of the lettuce had brown pieces and it’s pretty skimpy on ingredients. Not really worth the price in my opinion.

They might be freaky fast, but they're not always fantastic. Food was average, service matched that, and the atmosphere is nothing to boast about. No doubt they have their niche customer base that is satisfied with food of mediocrity, but others want more, and if they're looking to capture us, they need to step it up.
