I order from this location more days of the week than not. I went through the drive thru and ordered my drink instead of ordering ahead on the mobile app because I realized I was getting added when doing so from the employees. When I get to the window, my drink is not what I ordered. I told them this is not what I ordered, and I order here nearly every day. The manager on duty, then ripped the cup out of my hands and just threw oat milk in it instead of remaking the entire drink. Then I went inside with my Sick three year old son because the drink tasted nothing like what I wanted. I sat there and got stared at, and nobody even said hello. I then called to get it resolved, and the manager said I didn’t need to be swearing when all I said was damn. The manager has no business being a manager. This location needs a wake up call. The Green Bay locations are so much more pleasant. Don’t waste your money on workers with a horrible attitude.

We ordered ahead and did lobby pickup. Great tasting food and drinks. One of our 4 drinks got misplaced and we waited for about 10 mins, but it was eventually located near the driv-thru window. Very busy morning, but the staff handled it well.

I normally love coming here. However the last time I came in might actually be the last time I stop at Starbucks. NOT only did I wait a total of 45 mins for my mobile order (I placed it 15 mins before I arrived and I waited 30 mins longer before Melissa said she was making my drinks next.) She then paused to make several other orders while still in the process of mine. I waited 15 more minutes before asking how much longer it would take. She told me it would take a few more minutes and apologized (kudos- until she said she was making drinks in order and mine just wasn't up yet) I watched her pull drinks and make them. Then handed me the wrong drink and size. Argued with me that it was my drink that I had ordered then after 3 times of me telling her I know its wrong she said she'd remake it. I looked at the time and by now an hour had passed that I was at Starbucks getting these drinks. I told her no. Its fine I'd just deal I was already late for an appt. As I walked out the the door I saw on the drink the name Jessica. So immediately I was furious! One hour! The wrong drink! Argue with me! And then when I come back in furious you just say here's your drink. No apology for any of this. Customer service was horrible. Melissa needs to learn how to treat customers with respect and maybe listen when they say they are being given the wrong drink. Maybe not argue.

50% of the time that I go there my drink is wrong. I'm done with this place. $9.35 for a medium vanilla frappe is ridiculous. The cup was only 3/4 of the way full.
