I wish they would get it together. Every time i go in there the bread is so dang hard it sounds toasted when it’s not. Today i asked for soft bread she didn’t even look up. I usually go to Menominee but i was in a hurry today. Have them show you the bread is soft before you get it. If you wouldn’t eat it you shouldn’t sell it to customers

Ordered 2 wraps, a footlong, and a blue Gatorade. Wraps were small for being $12 a piece, footlong had black olives not black pepper, and never got the Gatorade. They refused to contact their manager, a refund, and to remake it. Highly disappointed with the staff an this store. We will not be returning to this Subway.
Edit: just saw a review were someone other then the staff had to clean the table they sat at to eat is insane and uncalled for. Do your jobs and be respectful! Otherwise don’t work at all.

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, so I feel very strongly about this one . I ordered according to a deal on the app. At the checkout, it wouldn’t work. It was a $7 savings and the food was already in the bag, Yet I lost without it because of the attitude of the female employee, and because I was not prepared to pay full price. I MISS COUSIN’S SUBS!

Just wanted to leave this review to point out that this man is not leaving honest reviews, he is blatantly lying. I was in the line during said conversation where they were “yelling about autistic children,” and since I heard the conversation I wanted to clear that up. None of the workers were using slurs, nor saying anything negative about autism, but rather discussing themselves having it. They were not poking fun, or speaking about it in an offensive manner in any way. There were a couple kids in training, and they did like to talk a lot but they did good. The service was great, everyone was very polite and welcoming despite there being a long line. I am not a rude, miserable person who wants to treat customer service workers poorly and then go online to spread false claims, unlike some people. Will happily eat here again.

AWFUL! 4 young kids messing around while customers just wait for their sub. Over 15 minutes in line while there were only 2 other people there. Acting out in very offensive manner yelling about autistic individuals. Completely rude as well. Don’t recommend. Go to a different subway as this one is completely rude and offensive to customers.

The service was terrible I was there for 10 minutes for one sandwich they kept switching in between my order and online while my food just sat and didn’t help it was all trainees working, when they finally got to my sandwich they just put all the condiments in the middle of my sandwich I would prefer it distributed all over my sandwich so I don’t just get to the middle and eat straight ranch.

Very Dirty. Tables full of garbage. How can a place that only does subs and Pizza run out of pizza? The community deserves better than minimal effort.

The dining area is DIRTY. Every table and seat had crumbs and smudges. The floors were also littered with crumbs. The bathrooms were also super DIRTY. The least dirty table that we cleared for ourselves looked right down the sandwich making line and their work area was the same MO as the rest of the place. I would have rated the food higher because it does meet what you expect from Subway but the uncleanly work area had me worried.

Just went to Subway Marinette Wisconsin. Was in line and two people behind counter ask how they could help the people behind me. I ask the girl if she could make my sandwich. She said no that had to get behind the other people. I walked out and now at Jimmy John's across the street. I won't go back in there again. Also when I was walking out a huge roach ran across the floor. Disgusting. Glad I left.
Food on the floor and on all the tables. Was handed a cleaning rag to clean the table my wife and I sat at.

Don’t eat here, can’t follow directions as to what to put on the sub when it right in front of them. The boy and girl working Saturday afternoon on March 22 need to be fired, impolite, sloppy inconsiderate untrainable sassy kids that need to be trained on listening, eye contact, verbal communication and to learn to ask the customer while preparing her food how much mayo and mustard to use, not squirt the bottle on and make an identical mistake. Everyone’s different, we all don’t eat like she does. The boy wanted to put me on hold for awhile instead of attempting to correct the sub, I pulled out a chair in front of them so they decided to get rid of me and finished it. It was a simple cold cut non toasted with basic ingredients. The right workers could make this place a lot of money. I heard a guy in line arguing with them stating he knows cause he used to work at a subway, he was another dissatisfied customer.
