Whoever that girl is that’s usually on the window during the later afternoons maybe in her 30s always seems crabby and is not friendly whatsoever anytime I come thru. Tonight I came thru and handed her my card with a taco coupon I wanted to use and she handed me my food and card back no recipe my fault I should’ve asked anyway I checked how much I was charged on my transactions and she never took the taco off. So I went back thru to ask about it and she said yeah you can’t get a taco supreme for the coupon okay whatever not a big deal but she couldn’t tell me that when I handed it to her? And she took my coupon anyway never gave it back? Very annoying learn how to communicate she could’ve easily said “I’m sorry but it can’t be a supreme taco it has to be regular to redeem the coupon” and handed it back to me but no she literally took my coupon never said anything and didn’t give me a receipt so I had to go back.

The workers are always VERY rude. Food is always messed up and not the correct order. Wait is ridiculous and the drive thru is somehow even more rude than ordering in store

Whoever is working tonight, ~9:30 PM on Oct 22 deserves a raise, all of them! I've been to many Taco Bells and this one has been better than any other. Placed my order and went to the bathroom (it was sparkly clean) and when I was done my food was already done! The box I ordered was so neatly organized and the food was both really hot and absolutely full, they did not skimp out on anything. My first time here and I'll be back!

Just came through the drive thru and Jenny was working at the window she deserve a pay raise or something she is way to nice to the customers coming through the drive-through I come here almost every week and every week she has been working and she is absolutely amazing

Whoever was on the drive thru taking orders at 5:30 on sept 30th 100% should not be in customer service. Holy cow. Unacceptable. She absolutely should not be allowed to interact with customers

I normally don’t say anything but the lady at the window is super rude and unprofessional everytime …. I try to say have a goodnight and thank but every time she hands me my food and basically slams window in my face !!!! Poor customer service skills lady !!!

Nacho bell grande had next to no toppings and the cheese with chips and cheese came with an almost empty container of cheese, very good service though and very fast
