My family and I went on a Tuesday night for their AYCE chicken and fish special (8 adults 4 kids.) we called ahead to make a reservation as it’s a mom and pop operation. We grew up coming here on our trips to green lake and it did not disappoint! Delicious fish and chicken. A few notes to help those interested: the AYCE wings are NOT BROASTED. They are breaded and fried. If you have a big group you can order ahead “family style” when you make your reservations. Then they will bring out the AYCE on platters and everyone can help themselves.
Views on little green lake are also beautiful. Killer Cole slaw and tartar sauce.

We were there on a Friday evening. We had to wait a very long time for our dinner and the order wasn't right. The food was OK. The salt/pepper/ketchup at the table had a tangible and visible layer of grime. Too bad because there aren't a lot of options in the area.

Great old fashioned type family style fish and chicken. Update; still good, still reasonably priced, still has great views of the lake.
Sm bar and larger spaced eating area. Lots of gd food, gd service and popular place for locals.

Had the full rack of ribs on Sat. night, they were excellent fall off the bone done, tasty sauce that was just the right amount, not to messy not to dry. Slaw was tasty, potato wedges were tasty too. Wife had the 4 piece chicken w/baked potato and was very happy. We both brought some home for another meal. Everybody was friendly and very accommodating. We will return soon.
Just had their prime ribbon sammich. Awesome! Owners are down to earth folks :)

Stopped for dinner on Thursday. Nice place. Clean, good service, good prices, great food, beautiful view especially at sunset. I gave a 4 for atmosphere because there was a group of regulars who were having a good time, which is great, but the language would make a sailor blush. Go before 5 and you will be good.

We stayed away from Lakeview for many YEARS due to a bad reputation with a previous owner. Let me tell you all:

We had the fish fry for the first time tonight... NOBODY does a plate of food like thisI THE plate, as always, is heaped with food! Gigantic pieces of delicious cod and potato wedges. All you can eat for very little. Nobody prepares a meal the way these people do!
The prices are extremely reasonable. The food is quite plentiful and absolutely delicious! The servers are top notch, and the atmosphere is very relaxing and enjoyable. We've found our new favorite restaurant and it's right here in Markesan!
If you haven't tried it out yet, please do yourself a favor and GET OVER THERE!!

The Owner was so accommodating and sat us by the window so we'd have a Beautiful view of the Lake....Little Green Lake. Such a Sweetheart she is!!! A Wonderful experience all around!!
