“This place has changed so much in the last 5 years. Its been completely remodeled and has an awsome atmosphere. As for the food its always been very good. I enjoy the plate size pancake and sausage patties. Its the best and biggest pancake i ever had. It will knock your socks off its so big lol. Ill post a picture. The place has everything from beer to fresh scooped icecream. New gas pumps make fueling up a sinch! And the customer service is like no other place. They make u feel welcome and they show there appreciation for your buisness. “When we are in town, this is the only place we go. Staff and owner are always friendly. Seems like all bartenders are very experienced and like their job. Great menus but no burgers or pizza on the menu, they consciously and respectfully do not want to compete with their neighboring establishments. Thursday martini drink specials, home made food starting at noon on Sat until it sells out, which it always does. Great bar stools. Not stools at all in fact. It’s like sitting in a lazy boy at the bar. Great vibe, great customer service and they always have something going on. Go for a drink, stay for the next experience! Nachos are huge and bomber sandwich is a winner!”

“You would expect great bar food, which they have but also prime rib that was delicious and roasted to perfect! I also loved the mashed potatoes and coleslaw as well. Highly recommend you stop in on prime rib nights.”

“Okay, so this is going to be a LONG review lol.My husband and I come up to Greenlake Wisconsin every single year from Florida. I am a Wisconsinite native and I moved to Florida 7 years ago. The FIRST thing we do when we drive into GreenLake is stop here and say hello to the owner and her daughter I believe!! Sooo precious!!! We absolutely LOVE IT HERE.Trevor and I come in EVERY SINGLE MORNING when we’re there and he gets a black dark roast and I get my large pumpkin spice with EXTRA pumpkin ? ??The customer service is UNBELIEVABLE we just love everyone there! We also always look forward to seeing the regular that comes in every morning and we sit and chat with him about fishing and such. It is being back home that just hits us right in our feels.The food is incredible, definitely recommend the cinnamon rolls and Trevor recommends the apple strudels! This is the perfect place to get your day started, to have a best friend date, or to grab coffee on the go We will be there again soon! ”

“We had a nice dinner before heading over to "Dickens of a Christmas". Resteraunt was quite busy. At times, as quickly as they cleared a table, they sat someone. The staff was exceptional, smiles, and never an eye roll despite the unexpected volume. Shout out to the cools in the back, they didn't skip a beat.”

“A great stop as always . Be sure to get reservations and have cash with you. No credit cards . Tonight we checked in early and several tables were empty. We have never had issues like tonight getting a table without reservations. In addition, its cash only and the ATM was out of service. So bring a checkbook if you know what that is anymore. Its always a great time but i dont understand why you wouldn't charge 3 percent to every credit card and give that an option especially when your atm is broke.”

“A great little bar down in Princeton. We walked in somewhat late as the place was closing up, but they let us come in for a drink. Bartender was very nice and accommodating. It seems like they had a big food set up, however, I wasn't able to try any. The bar is massive though with plenty of darts and pool tables to play at. Would definitely swing by again if you're in the area.”

“My wife and I took 5 of our grandkids to this ice cream parlor for an ice cream reward for being good in the grocery store, and the service was very attentive and polite. They use Cedar Crest ice cream, which is our favorite. We had a very good time and enjoyed the ice cream very much”

“Saturday Prime rib night: Usually decent has fallen off some. The Prime ribs clearly tossed under the broiler for a moment to toast up were unusual but still tasty. Service is friendly and excellent. Shockingly empty for 6pm dinner!”

“Food & drinks: This is our fav go-to for precious date nites since moving to WI 2 years ago. The service (even when short-staffed) is great, the food is little pricier but we'll worth it as we've not had anything we didn't like. The menu has everything from fish cheeks, chick/ribs, ahi and gorgeous ribeye steaks, all done to perfection. They also have my fav dessert, creme brulee! Drinks are top shelf and you can't beat the views of the lake, especially at sun set from the bar. Def recommend The Shores!”

“For a smaller business they do a great job. It's good home cooked meals. The only time we had to wait a while is when there is large groups in there. It's a nice quite place to relax and enjoy conversations with other people. Everything is made fresh, it's not sitting in warmers. We'll keep going back there.”

“Nice spot looking at Green Lake. We had the bacon wrapped scallops for an appetizer and the salty bacon completely overwhelmed the scallops. I had the Branzino and the olive and capers overwhelmed the sea bass. Both dishes were cooked perfectly.”
