The wait time in the drive through line is kind of long. Which, if they are busy, I understand. But when you're almost late for work because the employee in the drivethrough is talking with the person in the car in front of you about nothing related to the business transaction (my window was down and I could hear them bs-ing) it's a bit irritating. That day it took 17 minutes to order and get my food. I don't know what an ideal time is for a fast food restaurant,...
I always enjoy eating here. In my experience, the restaurant is always clean. The staff is friendly. Food is always served promptly. I especially like sitting at the counter next to the fireplace during the winter months. Very cozy!
Today there was a quirk with the cash register and they had to reboot the whole system. They did it as fast as possible, but it took 10 minutes. At least there weren't many people behind me.
