My sister and I went to get a cake for my nephews birthday and she asked the gal if she could write his name on the cake and she said they were busy and didn't have time but could do it later. It was after 8pm there was not a single person in the store and only a couple cars in the drive through. My sister asked if she could write the name on herself with one of their icing pens and they told her no they can't allow that. My nephews name is literally only 4 letters I honestly...read full review
Bought a birthday cake for my 6 year old son and they refused to write his name on the cake stating "they were just too busy". Funny thing was there wasn't a single person inside. That's some quality service right there... Cant even take the time to write a name consisting of 4 letters. I'm completely dissatisfied and I'm pretty sure she knew it. Wont be returning anytime soon.
