The drive throw lady in the evenings is very optionated and very quick to interrupted and snarky, speaking over the intercom. The extra pickle option from the 2 pickle rule on burgers is 1 extra pickle! Really? Why? What do you have to do to get extra pickles? The cleaning of tables and the order screens and card readers are very gross at times.
Each time we have visited this McDonald's, it's been an awesome experience! I would like to compliment Kathy on our most recent visit. She was super nice, friendly, and excellent with her customer service! We hope to see her again on our next visit! It's rare these days to find someone as nice as her in the fast food industry. the server was nice but i ordered a plain cheeseburger because i cant have any of the stuff they usually put on burgers (pickles, onions, ketchup etc.) because i get sick from it, but i got all of it on the burger :( had to end up tossing it because it was also a cold patty and it had some spots on it..
