This Starbucks location is great, the staff there is so kind always so nice, regardless of the huge line out the door. Theyre so efficient, while still being kind to the customers. Autumn is one of my favorite baristas there, she always makes my day when I stop in!
The girl with the bright pink hair who I usually see at the drive through is always so helpful and peppy, really great employee! Also she told me what hair color she uses because I absolutely had to know!
Originally I came and ordered a vanilla Latte. But I only got a Latte with no vanilla. I was very disappointed so I called the store and the manager Rob answered. He was very kind. He said if I came back he would make me a vanilla Latte free of charge! You guys are getting a five star review from because you corrected your mistake and were very good about it! It made my day thankyou Rob for being so kind and so respectful.
