Originally I came and ordered a vanilla Latte. But I only got a Latte with no vanilla. I was very disappointed so I called the store and the manager Rob answered. He was very kind. He said if I came back he would make me a vanilla Latte free of charge! You guys are getting a five star review from because you corrected your mistake and were very good about it! It made my day thankyou Rob for being so kind and so respectful.
Great Starbucks with plenty of seating and fast service. I would have loved to see 3 prong plug-ins below the benched seating for laptops, but there are USB plugins if you need that. My sandwich and refresher were great.
Excellent location, good layout, newer protype for Starbucks and I always order ahead so that helps with the lines. Visited for the weekend and very busy both days (Coffee Cabin is temporary closed) but drinks were great! The customer service was excellent and would highly recommend giving this location a try.
